I ordered 2 items from the site , and I chose the wrong size of my pants but I contacted them and they changed it for me. It was a pleasure to purchase from this company and I'll do bussiness with them again. Though I would appreciate if they included the measures of the item in the description.
Affordable prices, Good Quality...
I actually found them via facebook. A friend shared their post. I looked it up and fall in love with their clothes and the prices! Super cheap! placed 2 orders in the last 2 months. All my items were in good condition, but some did not fit me. So I returned them back for refund and money was returned to my account within the promised time. It took a week to get a reply to an email i sent, though...
i'm def gonna buy more from them.

I have bought three times from this site, the last time one belt was missing, but I got my refund after I wrote to them. I do recommend this site to others. I would definetly check this siye again in the future.
No customer service, no replies to emails, never received items!
I have ordered two items on december 9th. Delivery time was estimated on 3-7 days. Almost a month later I still haven't received anything. I have filled in the contact form on the website twice, have written an email to the customer service emailadress and have opened a Paypal case/complaint. Still zero response.. I hope to get my money back from Paypal. don't order your stuff here. WORST customer service EVER.
Faulty items and wrong sizes.
I order two different items from Chiara fashion, one was a pair of high heels and another was a leotards.
I received the items two weeks after i ordered. I opened the package and to my surprised i noticed they had sent me wrong size shoes and the leotard was faulty (the bottom was stretch, poor quality and obviously looked like it had been worn).
So the next day i sent the items back but because of their policy i was not able to get a refund as delivery from Australia to UK takes up to two weeks. Therefore i got a credit for items i had purchase.
My next problem was to send the items back in a realistic time i had to choose air postage which cost $49.50. I feel they should refund my postage cost as the items were faulty and wrong sized! Not my error but the company!
I will advise people not use Chiara fashion because of there poor quality in their clothing, and disgusting/rude attitude to customers over problems they have made.

On the 28th June I ordered a dress, the money was taken from my bank, on 29th June I received an e mail telling me the order was completed and was on it's way to me, it is now 10th July and still no dress, no answer from telephone calls or e mail, maybe their e mail address noreply@chiarafashion.co.uk speaks volumes. I will not be ordering from this company again, and will be taking legal action to retrieve my goods or a refund.
Quick dispatch, Great items, im a happy customer
I have been using this company the last few weeks to buy things on different occasions, and everything has arrived very quickly, everything great, i did email the company but had no answer so i see what people say about that side of it, but luckily there is nothing i want to return, items are bargain prices and i have been happy with each item i have had, so i will keep going back x
non existent customer service
I used to be a regular customer at chiarafashion. Their process is fine, timely deliveries, low costs, but their customer service is appalling.
When trying to return an item, i was unable to do so through their website so contacted their customer service by email. No reply. Chased after a week, No Reply.
It is now 1 month and 1 week since i first contacted them and still to this day have recieved NO response. Obviously now, the returns period is over (how convenient) and i am stuck with an item that is completely the wrong size!

although their prices are really low, and dispatched in good timing, their customer service is appalling
i bought 2 dresses, 1 was missing and one didnt even cover my bum, i have been contacting them via email since the 10th feb (6th march today) and i have not had one reply, i have literally been forwarding the same email 4 times a day trying to get a response from them and nothing.
i have also been ringing their customer service number daily - i have never had an answer just a machine you leave your number on
i sent back the short dress which they received on the 20th feb and i have never been refunded.

my sister made a order payment was made and then she recieved a vague email stating that there was a problem perhaps a error with the address on the card and that a small refund was made and asked for her to reply with the correct address and how much the refund was for. she did but got no reply and no small refund was made. a few days later she wrote another email to give a mobile number and to ask why there was no reply to her email. this was a few days ago i have been trying to contact them via email and fone suprisingly they have no one one the fones and the only email i recieved was to say it takes 24 hours fo a reply. they have only one contact number wich is exactly the same as the fax number i wiil be contacting consumer direct about this
