The two hens we bought from you were a Speckledy and a Rhode Rock. They are beautiful and their quality and condition is exceptional.

Shopping on your site for chickens is a dangerous new hobby of mine, although I don’t think my wife will let me get any more.

We used to have ex battery hens but they have sadly all passed away. We have had a go at hatching our own flock of Cream Crested Legbars and Black and Blue Orpington’s (beautifully fluffy chooks!).

Our flock now consists of 3 Cream Crested Legbars and one Blue Orpington and two White Call Ducks.

Dotty and Bonnie, as we’ve called them are settling in nicely, keeping clear of the others for a bit but all snuggling up together at night. I’ve caught them having a dirt bath so I would say they are settling in ok and are happy in their new home.

I can’t recommend your company and service highly enough.

I’ll be back for more chickens from you one day.

The three point of lay chickens we picked up are great and looking really healthy - all advice given helpful.
Only downer we had to pay £10 to pick them up - that was for one cardboard box !

Chickens to your door was a bit of an odd one for me. I’ve had my current chickens for 5 years and decided to get a couple of new girls. I do a lot of farm work and see varying conditions of birds and I must say these are lovely obviously a little thin from transport and very shy of my girls but that was to be expected! Altogether beautiful girls.
The reason for my number of stars however was the awful condition of the place I picked them up from. I tried to contact this woman (Langdon layers) to purchase from as she was local. After a month of nothing I used chickens to your door. Im so glad I didn’t use her. She was so rude and her chickens were in a terrible living area and I went away feeling quite sad really!

Libby and the team are amazing, and always have time to keep you up to date and if you have any questions. The quality of the chickens are excellent and they are beautifully picked and always arrive healthy and happy. I highly reccomend Chickens to Your Door; this has been my second batch of girls and I am completely in love. Thank you to Libby and the team for making my Easter egger chicken dreams come true. We didn’t receive an email to tell us that the pick up day had changed so had a wasted journey and had to return two days later. We also didn’t receive any travel directions and the pick up point was in a very remote rural location at the end of a rutted country lane. So rather a disappointing experience. The hens are beautiful though and in excellent health and condition.

Easy to use website to choose chickens. Communication good. Collected chickens in sturdy box, they travelled well and came with good instructions for their care. Girls settled in well and are super chickens - in great shape.
Good way to buy chickens if you can't find what you want locally.

This was my first experience of purchasing chickens online. I bought two to add to my existing small flock. Libby and her team were excellent and communicating and even though the pick up point changed I still had lots of notice. The hens themselves arrived 6 days ago - they aren't at point of lay yet and are being bullied by the others as expected. Libby has given great advice in terms of introducing them at night when they are tired and then separating them to begin with. Both my newbies have got diarrhea which Im putting down to the stress of being bullied by the others. I hope it clears soon.
