James was really helpful. He took the trouble to track in his records a sth whether I had actually placed my order. I hadn’t but he advised me what I should do if the money had been taken out of my account. It all ended happily but I felt James took a lot of trouble for me.

Excellent service, on the back of an error I made when raising my order. Quickly rectified and sent to the correct address promptly.

Although I had to chase my order...as it wasn't dispatched very promptly, the response was immediate and positive. The young man responded quickly with information and the item was delivered within the promised timeframe. Thank you.

Got quick help for an item which hadn't been dispatched, although I had to chase this initially. An alternative was swiftly delivered as it transpired the item I'd ordered was out of stock.
I hadn't ordered via chickidee, so was surprised to be contacted by them but the issue was resolved.

I have ordered a number of items from this company. They have always arrived in great condition. Returns have been easy. I was also given some money back on an item that went on sale AFTER I had ordered it!! What more could you ask for? You get a more personal experience with this company. Would definitely recommend!

Goods were ordered mid mid-August; 6 weeks later still not arrived. I have, however, received an email asking me to review! Jokes!

Will not be ordering from them again.

Bought two of their 'organic smooth mugs oatmeal' about 3 weeks ago and they're really bad as far as mugs go. There's barely any form of glazing on them so their porous surface stains after the first time you use them. Heaven help you if you forget your cup of tea and let it sit for a few hours because it will stain like you've tried to dye it. Besides that one of the handles also just fell off. I can understand a few knocks could knacker a handle but this mug is 3 weeks old? All in all these mugs are more a set piece than something to be used

It is rare for me to write a negative review, but I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered two cappuccino cups and a week later still hadn’t heard anything. It took me 4 emails to their advertised email address and 2 telephone calls to even get a response as to an order update. It transpired that the items were out of stock and the website hadn’t been updated. To their credit the refund was issued immediately, and there was a kind offer of two similar mugs ‘on them’ to compensate me, however these never materialised either. I bought the items elsewhere and they are lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend Chickidee as a retail seller

Didn’t have stock of my order. Initially there was no contact on this, once I questioned this I was sent a partial refund and offered a replacement for the same price. Super happy with the customer service and support received.

Very helpful. They couldn't provide a solution to the issue I raised, directly, but provided me with a link to someone who could. I now have a replacement part on its way, free of charge. I really am so incredibly pleased with, and grateful for, their service. Thank you :)

This company are amazing . The mugs that I had ordered arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged . One had been slightly damaged in the firing but was replaced immediately .

We got there in the end, which is fine. Post Office messed up but Chickidee followed up with credit.
BTW great stuff, crock’s & clothes, quality grand, priced economically, especially in the sales.

Great customer service and fast delivery. Upon delivery and realising one of the crates I had ordered, customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement out super fast.
