Excellent customer service from April. My ordered was delayed and one of the candles I purchased came damaged and April was speedy on her responses, then issued a replacement! Thanks April

My order had a delay being dispatched, I wasn't sure why but the lovely April got back to me quickly to explain, staffing problems due to Covid which is completely fair. I received my order soon after and everything is divine!

We had our parcel delayed so I got in touch and the company had had some people sick which had knock on effects, which is completely understandable for a small business! We bought some crates but by the time we needed them we would have moved house, they happily changed my address and April was more than understanding and super helpfully. I will buy from here again - support small businesses!

If only we could leave 0 star reviews hopefully someone reads before buying of this company. Like all the other 1 star reviews have left shocking wait on dispatch time. No reply in inquiries as to where my order is. Disgusting customer service response. My advice is to shop elsewhere and save yourselves the headache.

I placed my order Dec 24th and payment was made immediately. It is now February 9th and I still haven’t received the goods. I have tried calling and have made contact by email and although I got a polite reply, I was given no information about when I might receive the goods and just asked to be patient!! Not a happy customer at all!

Excellent! I ordered some crates that are just perfect. Arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. They had a great sale on which slowed deliveries a bit but they responded immediately with a status when I asked for an update and the crates arrived a few days later. Will definitely order from them again.

I was contacted by April after I sent an email asking where my order was after 10 days, I was told it could take 14 days, emailed again today as now 17 days!

I have to echo what several others have mentioned... April's customer service! She responded promptly to my queries about the delay in receiving my order, explaining and reassuring me that my order was being attended to. I was very pleased with the products, both the quality and price.

Great correspondence but did have to wait over 3 weeks for an order which was a bit long. Agent v helpful though.

Great products! Whilst there was a delay in my order getting delivered but the communication was excellent informing me of this and completely understandable, overall excellent!

After waiting for weeks to receive my order I got in touch with this shop asking for an update and was told that because the order was placed through Trouva they will not be helping me. This is not how you treat customers Chickidee.

Absolutely amazing customer service

Went from awful to great with super customer service from April.
My Xmas sale order was Terribly delayed due to their closedown etc etc but with everything else in the world going belly up I’m fairly sure I can wait patiently for a few candles … as long as I’m kept informed, and I was.
Super quality candles which burn for hours. 2nd chances always worth giving in my book..
