Order still hasn't shown up. I asked after 2 weeks was told of delay due to Xmas. This should have been communicated in confirmation email. I understood tho and happily waited. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. They have already taken my money for the order to and now are taking their time to reply. Not good enough.

1st delivery arrived delayed and broken. Replacement delivery was speedy and well packed.

Hadn't realised orders were delayed (was advised it was mentioned on the website but I must have missed it). No matter, good communication after a quick request for an update. The items arrived today as informed. Very pleased with them! Well packaged and good quality items. Would shop here again.

Terrible service quoted 3-5 working days for delivery, no communications about the fact that order is delayed, no one answering emails, finally managed to get hold of someone on their social media, promised delivery today, nothing turned up.

Love this shop! My order was a little slow to be despatched (understandable given just after christmas). I contacted customer support and April had my item located and shipped the next day! 10/10 would recommend

Received the wrong item, it was dealt with immediately. The correct item was sent straight away and I was told to keep the wrong item! Will definitely order from you again, thank you!

Items received sadly 2 were damaged in transit. Emailed with photos showing damage, immediately received response offering to replace items. On further thought I requested a refund and was told to keep the items.
Refund immediately, great communication only concern was how items were packaged initially, hence 4 stars instead of 5.
Will continue with shop with Chickadee no reason not to.

Excellent customer service and great products

I think the customer service at Chickidee is fantastic, as a result I went on to do nearly all of my christmas shopping with them! The buying experience is easy and orders are processed really quickly. The service I received when there was an issue was almost immediate. It certainly puts Chickidee at the top of my go-to shops!

Awful. Delivered my order promptly which I can't complain about but the items were unsuitable so returned them. Sent back via DPD, received an email from DPD which shows my return has been delivered.. 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received my refund. Emailed twice with no response. Con artists.

I received an email from the courier service stating my goods had been delivered but I hadn’t received the items. I contacted Chickidee and received an immediate response. Chickidee arrange for the goods to be resent . Fabulous service. Thank you.

The wrong item was sent by mistake. I immediately contacted Chickidee & I received a reply and solution straight away. I have ordered from this company many times and always receive first class, personal service. I love to shop with small businesses like these. Customer care is paramount and these guys deliver it in a bucket full….thank you.
