I shop at Chickidee a lot and their products are amazing quality, exactly what you’d expect ☺️.

I bought a few candles recently in the Black Friday sale, one arrived smashed so I emailed customer services and had a replacement candle delivered within 24 hours. April was such good help!

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Amazing products, great service and fast delivery.

I was initially disappointed when my order first arrived as I was incorrectly sent someone else's order, but April and the team at Chickidee displayed impressive service recovery. She swiftly responded to my initial email and my correct order arrived the next day, without a fuss. In this online shopping era its easy to forget/let things slip especially when it's all just names on a paper/screen, but this was not the case. Definitely shows how much they care about customers and our entire experience. All in all, products are lovely, and service is ace!

I wasn't able to take delivery of my parcel, so it ended up going back to the warehouse - Chickidee sent it straight back out to me, free of charge, using a different courier. I so appreciate the extra help you gave me!! And the products are lovely! Excellent customer service, thank you

I recently found this shop when on holiday in the UK, got some beautiful pieces and then followed them on social media. From there I saw a sale for photo frames and order about 7, they come within a few days and were beautiful. Unfortunately there was a fault with one during its time being posted, I contacted chickidee and they responded to me prompt and effectively. They replaced the item and sent it out to me, would reccomend and use again. Also recently found out there is a store in bluewater near me, so will be venturing there on my next day off. Thanks again. 10/10 service. Beautiful high quality products.

I was changing address when I made my order, and had to last minute change my address on my order. April and the customer service team was so helpful and redid my order. My new sets of drawers are lovely I can’t wait to order from them again :)

So helpful would recommend to anyone! My friend bought me a candle for my birthday that unfortunately was damaged in transport. I emailed and the team sent me a new one straight away no questions asked! Great company so nice to see good customer service ❤️

I contacted customer care enquiring about delivery as we were going on holiday. The reply was prompt and very helpful.

Following the purchase of a cabinet, I was disappointed to find it had a faulty door when delivered. I contacted Chickidee and the issue was swiftly resolved by the very helpful April. I would purchase from this shop again.
