Communication was great but mirror arrived with a crack. April was very helpful and sent me a replacement. The delivery company wasn't great and just left the mirror at the front door of the block of flats and wouldn't bring it up to me.

April was rushed of her feet, but she managed to offer excellent customer service and dealt with my replacement personally. Cant fault April and her friendly approach, 5 stars ⭐️ all day. Thank you April!

Order was prompt and I received ace customer service when my new Seagrass bag broke. Sent pictures as requested and a refund was issued and in my bank 1 hour later.
