Although there were delays on receiving the chairs we always had a quick response from April in Customer Services with updates. We are really happy with the service we received and the chairs are really good quality and would use Chickidee again.

Items received are lovely but unfortunately one of the bags was broken.
I emailed to ask if I could return and replace and received a quick reply, sent the photo as requested but didn’t hear back. I chased a couple of times and it was confirmed that my email ended up in spam! Sadly they didn’t have another bag and they refunded the money.... eek!! The bag is so nice!!
Would use these guys again. Super friendly.. lovely products.. just needs to check spam a few more times! X

After a bit of a nightmare with the delivery of my item into their warehouse I was becoming unsure when to expect my item, however April has been a shining light throughout the experience. Even though I already understood the issues were completely out of the company’s control, April kept me continuously updated with the whereabouts of my item and expected delivery dates, apologising profusely. She has even allowed me to change my delivery address due to a later than expected delivery and been very helpful in every regard. I would happily buy from Chickidee again just for the outstanding customer service.

I ordered a stunning basket from this company. It’s huge and also I managed to get it on sale at a really reasonable price. When the basket arrived the lid seemed to be a little small for it and wouldn’t sit right without falling in. I emailed them to explain and the customer service was fantastic. They didn’t hesitate to send me out a completely new basket and lid and arranged for the old one to be picked up. Would definitely use them again. Very happy customer.

I placed an order which qualified for free delivery but the website was still charging me. Contacted Chickidee who advised me to go ahead with the purchase and delivery would be refunded. This all happened without any issue and I was kept informed along the way, great and friendly customer service.

Such lovely homeware here, really easy to deal with even though returning is a little confusing first time. I will say they use a lot of unnecessary plastic in their packaging though

I have had many deliveries from Chickidee and never had a problem, on my last order a mirror that I had ordered was broken. I EMailed and straightaway a credit had been arranged for the broken mirror.
