One of the pillows I bought ended up being out of stock so they let me pick another one and refunded me a little extra for the inconvenience, amazing service really quick replies and I love the cushions I got would defo buy from here again.

It’s unusual to find this level of customer service these days. Every email and every query was answered very quickly. Very warm and friendly customer service, highly recommend considering making a purchase from these guys. I bought the Fika dinner service and the products are absolutely top notch, superb quality!

A couple of weeks ago o ordered two chair and a plant support from chickidee and unfortunately only one chair arrived and the plant support was damaged. I have then contact costumer service and their response was very quick and very supportive. April was amazing and a new chair and a new plant support was sent and arrived after 2 days.

I recently purchased an item and unfortunately it turned out to be faulty, April was super helpful and quick to respond. Great service.
