My items were received so quickly! Love the crates I purchased, really sturdy. One had a broken clip so I sent an email about this. April replied and offered a replacement- this came within a few days at no cost for postage. She was really helpful. First time using this company so I will be doing so from now on. Excellent service. Thank you

We placed a large order with Chickidee as we love the products. Delivery was swift and extremely helpful. We had a couple of issues with the mirrors we ordered, however customer service acted quickly and organised replacements. We will be ordering with them again!

Very poor. Ordered two chairs and received confirmation. 2 weeks passed with no chairs and no communication. I had reached out for an update twice with no response. Eventually they replied and said ‘there’s none in the warehouse we’ll refund you’. Still waiting for my refund.
