Super fast and helpful support from April, gorgeous products, very happy to be a stockist

Their support is fantastic. Got a quick reply from April, she followed up with me afterwards and then when an issue couldn’t be sold she went out of her way to find an alternative method that could resolve the issue.

I phoned up and ordered a dressing gown as it wasn't in stock in my local branch. April was brilliant and got it sent out for the next day or two! Brilliant customer service, thank you!

Delivery quick, but when needed to return took 5 weeks to get my money back. Email contact was efficient but as a company took forever to get a full refund

Some of the items in my order we’re incorrect but April was really helpful and re-sent the correct items immediately and allowed me to keep the other items so I didn’t have to “do” anything. Very friendly service and the items themselves are lovely quality.

I ordered 2 vases but DPD ended up giving me someone else’s parcel. April did her best to try and locate my parcel with no luck. Instead April sent me an alternative vase that I wanted and refunded the full amount as a good will gesture

April has to be the most patient customer service rep I have ever had to communicate with. April deserves the full 5 stars, but the whole experience is more like 4, which is why I've given it 4 stars, because it took a month, which is a long time- without warning. The site should really give caution that the leading time is 4-6 weeks. That being said- the products arrived well packaged and straight to use. Thank you, thank you, April. You deserve like a holiday on the company dime.

I am thrilled with everything I ordered and they arrived very well packaged. There was a little wait for them to arrive, so I emailed Customer Service to check when they would be dispatched. I received a very apologetic, speedy reply from April who kindly provided an update. The delay was completely understandable (due to the sale period and staff illness), and the loveliness of the products made it worth the wait! I’ve reordered several items in different colours/scents.

Bit conflicted.

On one hand, grateful to April for getting my orders delivered on priority (once I emailed after a 2 week wait on my first order).

On the other hand, I can't help but think that I am being grateful for a service that was very much expected of any retail company selling online. Unless the item is shipped from abroad, customers should not be waiting 2+weeks. And if I hadn't emailed, how much longer would I have waited! I also think it is odd that the items can be delivered so quickly when the order is placed on priority, if all orders are like this, there wouldn't be issues with this company.

However, thank you April for all your help. Having seen the auto response from emailing customer support, it is understandable that understaffing is an issue due to sickness etc (though surely the company is making enough money to hire more staff?! Especially since the candles are made in China).

Overall the sale of 60% off has had me spending more than I should've and I do love the candles. Some of the scents I just can't I enough of, namely the nectarine passionfruit, Balance and G&T candle. Guilty of stocking up.

Bargain product!
Didn't hear from them for a week or so after ordering (hence only four stars) so I got a bit twitchy as I hadn't ordered from Chickidee before. Sent an email to chase my order up, got a response and a dispatch notification at the same time. Item arrived the next day and was exactly as advertised. Very happy customer.
