As a person with gambling problems ,I have asked to block my acces to their site or affiliated sites to theirs ,no response with emails and they keep sending offers and ext messages,I’m disappointed with this kind of persons end of the day .bad costumes service

I lost over £1000 tried to close my account serval times they know what they are at absolute gangsters, I haven’t won over 100 back??

I have asked them to close my account as my son who is underage played under my name which I have explained to them dozens of times still refuse to close account how do I report them?

Deposited a few hundred pounds. Verified account to withdraw £250 on 12th May 2023. Kept being told by rude chat person it was 7 to 21 working days. That time has now come and chat has told me to email support. Said my withdrawal is due to be processed 29th June 2023 but I am not holding my breath.
If I get the money I will update my review but in the mean time DO NOT use this casino, even if you win you will not be paid!

wish I had read these reviews first,won 600 pounds about 5 weeks ago 23rd of March I actually made the withdrawal, keep asking alexa who just says wait,which I have been they also say all these reviews are fake but I'll keep yous updated if I ever get paid, update THEIVES waited 6weeks to get my winnings then woke up and it was back in my account saying my details were wrong,I've played casinos for 20 years honestly this is by far the most upfront scam casino I've ever seen,how they are still allowed to keep doing this is a mystery

Omg never played on a casino like this !!!! My Withdrawel keeps going back into my balance so I try again says wait 15 hours ??? Asked them to close my account 1 week ago - account still open! My master card has been damaged due to their casino. Do not play there!

Genuinely the worst casino.
I didn't take a deposit bonus, so I didn't have added complications regarding that. But they put the wrong minimum BTC withdrawal requirements on the site and when questioning it with Live Chat, "Alexa" clearly had no time for customers. I only wrote three lines and they say "I will not repeat the same thing 25 times" and said email support instead. And the email support showed no sympathy either. I'm not depositing any more as I don't trust them with more money, so they can have the small balance. Ridiculous.

*Emailing them to close the account, they didn't respond but sent a deposit-bonus email instead.
They're so bad that it's actually made me less annoyed now!

Clear scam and absolutely god awful live chat.

The person on live chat was genuinely incredibly rude. I ask for help and he basically tells me to leave and it's my own fault for depositing with a bonus.

For your own sake do not place a wager here, this company is a shambles.

Have asked them to close my account on a number of occasions as it was my son who is only 15 who set up an account in my name. Surely it’s illegal to not close account.
