They will verify you to play and deposit then wait months to tell you you need to send them more documents.

They will also share you info with anyone, contact you from multiple numbers and not close your account.

I made 2 withdrawals, it took some time but i received the money. Am curiousfor the outcome from a next one. Be ause the first 2 were limited to20 times the deposit because i didn't deposited over 200 € in total. At this moment i deposited more than 400,which should make it possible th have limitless withdrawals.

I can confirm this casino is a scam!
I have 2.000€ in my balance since begin october 2020. I sent all the required documents, and many emails to the support, which actually NEVER reply (more than 3 months!).
They host games that are not provided anymore.
Their phonenumber is the phonenumber of a dating site. Beside helpless Alexa on the chat you will never reach anyone else. She is only telling you "send an email to support" or "they will contact you as soon as possible".
For once I won at casino... I actually lost everything.

Customer service doesn´t seem to read mail/messages. I want to close my account, but they don´t have an option where I can do it myself. So I wrote to them several times, but no reply as yet.

Addendum: The day after I posted this, my account was finally closed.

I wondered why all these rude dating emails that I hadn’t connected to, have come through. Definitely a fraudulent company, won £600 then they said I could only withdraw £250 as I hadn’t deposited £600, like what?? It can’t be legal...
Now it’s been nearly 4 weeks, no response to emails and Alexa who’s always on chat was unbelievably rude and sarcastic saying I will just have to wait, lessoned learned, it’s put me off Casinos for life. DO NOT use Chilli777!

Casino is linked to a fraudulent scam company- many casinos including arescasino, oceanbreeze, cherryfiesta, 24casino.bet, 4crowns- all casinos will not pay of you win. They are absolute criminals and will take your money and as soon as you win big they make accusations of breached terms- new casinos popping up all the time and others have reported fake games. Basically you would be better off throwing money into the bin. Stay clear, they will scam you

This casino does not actually exist, it is using a fake company name and pirated games. Additional they have tried to us my card details to buy things from my bank account, Just crooks.

Deposited more than once money goes straight onto your account and you play.
Withdraw!!!!! Even though I am verified, still waiting over a week later!!!
Went onto their chat and the advisor on there said maybe I used a false email to log on!!
Have messaged and messaged, the withdraw was approved after 4 days BUT 4 days later and still not recieved my money!!!!!
