Horrible casino! Horrible customer service. Alexa is as useless as using a fork to eat soup. They don’t answer emails, EVER!! won’t stop harassing me as all hours of the day and night/early hours of the morning despite me asking a million times to be removed from their sms list, they just don’t listen. It’s bordering on harassment now and I’m so sick of it. Surely they can be reported somewhere for this? I highly doubt they are legally allowed to operate here so they are breaking the law. I just want them to leave me alone. Take this as a warning, do not sign up!! Avoid at all cost. You won’t get paid and Alexa is a rude and unhelpful idiot with no clue how to treat people. Please do not use this site. I have had a withdrawal for 375.00 since june but recieved nothing. I've reported the site to the uk fraud team.

Made a deposit, played and won 3500€. After withdrawing i shortly get an email saying my winnings have been canceled due to me placing bets above max (which were 30% of deposit) which i NEVER did. my max bet was 2€ and i could have bet up to 10€. This casino is a PURE SCAM. DO NOT TOUCH. SUPPORT IS USELESS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR WINNINGS.

There a fake review page on Trustpilot of Chilli777... All with 5 stars, all reviews from people with a profile picture, perfect grammar and so on... All positive... All fake... Please go and spam the scammers... They are refusing to payout my withdrawable balance... They keep cancelling my withdrawals everytime I request it. I patiently waited at first for 1 month.
