I order medium to very hot sauces on a regular basis and have always found Chillicult range of sauces the best and fair price points.

Great range of sauces at good price points, lots I've never seen before too. Really helpful and responsive customer service too.

I order big amounts of chilli oil often for my partner and they are always incredibly helpful. I will be back again soon.

Really happy with my order. Wasn’t sure after reading reviews, but packaging was good quality, arrived in a decent time and even got a freebie. Very happy with my order and will use again.

Excellent local company, fantastic range of chilli sauces, pickles and much more. Highly recommend the German ketchups- amazing rich flavour!

Ordered 4 different sauces, received all of them but they're all past their BBE date. Tried 3 so far, binned 1 of them as it's already way off.

Very disappointed. Avoid.

I ordered several chilli sauces from ChilliCult for myself and a friend, most of which are American and hard to get hold of here in the UK.

My order arrived promptly, there were a couple of items missing however. I contacted them and they've sorted it out quickly, which is all you can ask for.

The products are really good, they have a great range of items and the packaging was 10/10. The sauces are delicious and I'd use them again.

Order placed, accepted and apparently sent. No tracking number provided. Email contained a link supposed to take you through to order info and tracking but it did not work and item not received. Contacted them too ask what is happening with order and have had no contact. Have now had to request a refund via PayPal.

After I didn't receive my order, I texted them on what's app the full info from the invoice, after they didn't reply for a week I asked if they are scammers, their reply: "Yes"

I've given this company 1 star so far but I'll update it as soon as the problem has been resolved. I looked on here before ordering and it's very mixed. some are happy and others have been left short handed. I'm a firm believer in giving companies a go before judging. My order has turned up 3 days after ordering which is very acceptable but I'm missing a item worth £5.15 I had no email or communication to suggest it would be missing and there is nothing on the packing slip to suggest that it will turn up. I've sent a email so let's just wait and see if chillicult can rectify this or if I'm joining the many other bad reviews.
