Outrageous fees

Update: I was contacted by a client relation manager who resolved the fee issue. If the promises are kept for the duration of my account, then I'm back to 5 star rating for them.

I was with Kingdom Trust before they were bought out by Choice. The buy/sell fee was 1%. Last night I went to trade my SOL to BTC, and they want both a Choice fee AND an exchange fee, for a total of 3.2% on the sale of SOL. There is no swap availability, so to buy BTC that would be another 3.2%. So a total of 6.4% to do a swap? Who is giving them good reviews? This is insane. I called support and they basically said this is our fees. If this happens to you ask for instructions on how to do an in-kind transfer to another institution, the fee is 1% to go somewhere else or 6.4 % to stay with Choice.

Lucas solves problems!!!

I called because haven't been able to sign in the my account for nearly a year. Anyone I'd spoken to in the past couldn't solve the problem. This time I reached Lucas who worked tirelessly to finally solve it. He has a great attitude, very patient & is truly a problem solver. He's super kind, knowledgeable & diligent. He kept his word & called me back.

Leslie Anna saw it thru to the end

Leslie Anna answered the phone quickly, and stayed on the line while I filled out the form and gathered the supporting documents. I had encountered problems submitting the form and she made sure to stay till everything was completed and uploaded and emailed. She spoke english clearly and saw me thru to the end of what is always a confusing process.

I was pleased with the service I received today.

I was pleased with the service I received today with Digital Trust. Because there was a high call volume my call was placed in a cue to be returned. I was quite pleased that I received a call back in a short time. I had the privilege of speaking with Leslie Anna. She was very qualified to answer my questions and, in fact, offered to help me go on line, if needed, to put in a dispute agreement with Fed Ex regarding the shipment of our coins. Marie did a good job but...

Marie did a good job finally getting DT to contact me for ID verification to process my disbursement request, but I still have not received my disbursement. I filed my request on 12/17/25, today 12/27/25 and still no disbursement; that's ten calendar days and six business days. Limiting liquidity does not qualify for an investment institution receiving high service rating.
