Leslie Anna is a 5+ Star Rating. I did not prepare before I made the call, and when Leslie Anna answered the phone I just drew a blank on what I was trying to ask for. I was so embarrassed! Leslie Anna was chill and said, "how about I look you up and see what we're looking at". After looking at the notes she knew what I needed and took care of it right there and then. Great customer service!
