OK, so I have an account with Bitcoin IRA and there’s a monthly fee of $20. The fee is taken from my credit card account and for some reason it has not been going through. And I get a monthly notice or every quarter. I get a notice that the fee has not been paid. This is annoying so I contact bitcoin and I speak with the rep on the phone. His name is John. He listens to me. He actually I mean really listens when I start talking he listens and by the end of the conversation, everything was resolved. I just really appreciate the sense of caring that I could feel through the phone and the level of professionalism.

Choice has always had a great product

Choice has always had a great product. Good experience, fair rates and flexible custody options. This is the first time I have had to call support ( if I recall ) but their email support is always quick, easy to understand and helpful. The phone support was no different. Got a real live individual on the phone that spoke like a person and not someone reading a script. My issues was resolved very quickly - quicker than I expected.

Kayla stayed with me confirming that the docusign was received. I was not happy when I called because this docusign I finished over a week ago with the help of your staff person (a guy) because the docusign was not showing up properly on my computer. He assisted, I finished and submitted. Yet today because no rollover to my Roth Ira showed up in my account. Kayla tells me the docusign was never received. That is hard for me to believer since I had help filling in the boxes (SSN & BirthDate) that had no instructions for those boxes. He assisted me..but Kayla tells me it was not received. I was not a happy camper when I called because the $10,500 rollover amount never showed up in my account. I lost the perfect opportunity to add to my Crypto portfolio due to this untimely and frustrating delay. At my request....Kayla stayed with me as we went thru yet another docusign and I received verification from her that it was indeed received. Your systems need to be streamlined and be more efficienty than I have experienced multiple time in the past, this delay was not the first frustrating delay.

I love that I got to speak with a human…

I love that I got to speak with a human being! His name is John and he was able to give me very easy, clear instructions to accomplish what I was trying to do and told me what the sequence of events was going to be. A great experience! My transaction went exactly as he said!
