I recently arranged a funeral plan for my elderly aunt and I was really impressed by the one-to-one, personal service. The person dealing with me took the time to truly understand her, and it felt as though they knew her as an individual, not just another client.
That level of care made a difficult process much easier, and gave us her family real confidence that everything will be handled with dignity when the time comes. I would definitely recommend their service.

My first experience planning a sensitive funeral
I'll admit that this was a process I'd been putting off. Let's say, I had to make a funeral plan for a still alive vunerable adult who I represent. I was recommended a funeral provider so I took out the plan fully guided. I knew what was required as details were online so I chose options then the funeral provider guided me to the right plan which was much cheaper than I thought because its done in advance. Took about hour and half to plan. All in all, a very positive experience to get that out of the way, I'm truely grateful for this service and it's taken a heavy weight off my shoulders knowing its being taken care of. I will be using this service also for myself and recommend to others one hundred per cent.

I bought two plans for my husband and I online. However I did ring first to ask some questions before completing the purchase. I found the staff member I spoke to very helpful. Obviously I am still here, so I can't comment on how good the service will be when the time comes but I'm happy so far

I had a great experience when purchasing my plan and my husbands plan . We had been looking a funeral plans for a while but to be able to purchase one from my local funeral directors was great . I have always used them for any family funerals and to know that I would still be using them even though it would be a direct cremation was very settling . I was treated with the utmost respect . The young lady was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would happen . It was a pleasure dealing g with her . Amazing staff and the policies came very quickly through the post . You definitely run a five star service for your clients
