Over complicated and poor delivery dervice

Tree ordered and paid for last Thursday Delivery expected Friday but didn’t arrive until late afternoon yesterday. Endless messages and form filling with supplier and courier. No opportunity to speak in person to anyone who could help. Service was so bad that a percentage of the price should be repaid to me

Disappointed

Received Christmas tree packaging was great, although when put up tree it was very dry and a huge amount off pines fell off and still a week and a half later. Not going to make it untill Christmas and New Year.
I have cut some of bottom of trunk and it is being watered. Spoken to customer service and just go palmed off.

The tree is perfect

The tree is perfect: fresh, bushy and beautiful. Very good service from the seller. Delivery not good. The driver left the tree outside the building even though we have an enclosed, safe space inside the entrance.

Never Again: A Joy-Souring Experience

Botched delivery 'attempts' almost ruined our Christmas. One week prior to the designated delivery window, out of the blue, a notification arrived at noon to say, 'We deliver today, 8-18.00'. I was out, but my husband was luckily in, and in fact no one came by. The next day, a note from seller asked us to confirm our address, as the couriers claimed it was 'the wrong address', in any case they couldn't find us. We are near the centre of Edinburgh, and there was no error in the address we had provided. Meanwhile seller could only assume, but nit for certain, they'd try again that day, which another notification from the firm suggested they would. But once again, 'We will deliver today' and then a no-show, another entire day wasted waiting around the house. In all this the seller was saying the right things byt in fact never effectively intervened to solve the issue with their courier. They also never queried why our chosen delivery window, of week 15-19 December was so grossly being ignored, without consultation; nor the issue of both the order confirmation and now this invite for a review being addressed to a name not mine/ours! We suspect therein lay the snag. In any case, we ended up cancelling our order, and were lucky to still find a fine tree locally that was delivered promptly 4 hours after ordering. That's what we should have done to begin with. Lesson learned. On the plus side, our refund required only one follow-up email.

The tree is amazing!!

The tree arrived in time, very carefully packed, fresh and beautiful, bringing spirit of Christmas in our house. I would strongly recommend this service. Everything was as expected ( even better)).

I’m not impressed with Fraser Fir tree

I’m not impressed with my Fraser Fir Christmas tree. It was obviously cut back from a very large tree judging by the large size of the trunk. It only just fitted in our stand which is a large one. There was sap oozing out of all the many branches that had been cut right back to make an acceptable size of tree.
