Beautiful Xmas Tree
The tree arrived well wrapped and on time. Once unwrapped, trimmed and placed in a stand, it really is the most beautiful tree we've ever had. Every visitor has commented on its shape and foliage. Fantastic!

I ordered a 6ft tree
I ordered a 6ft tree. Am 8.9 ft tree was delivered, far too big for my house and for me to manage.
I had to ask a neighbour for help in cutting away the bottom of the tree to make it fit in my house. I was delighted with the tree they sent last year but this year I have learnt my lesson and I will not order from this company again

Didn’t get the tree despite ordering in October.
Supposed to be lost, but I imagine it’s difficult to lose a 7ft tree! Nobody had the decency to tell me about it. Thankfully, got a beautiful tree locally. Even phoned me to tell me it was on its way. Hurrah for Van Hage!!

Excellently shaped tree
Probably the best-shaped Christmas tree I have ever bought. Clearly it had been pruned during the year to thicken up the network of branches, so there is no gappy stem. My only gripe is that it came swathed in masses of plastic, but I have to say it was in excellent condition.

A COMPLEATE MESS - £115 AND NO TREE!
Confusion over delivery. WE HAVE HAD NO DEPIVERY OF A CHRISTMAS TREE AND WE HAVE SPENT OVER £100.
Multiple emails trying to sort this. Had to turn away delivery on a date which we had changed with staff. Now 17 December and no tree!
