Unfortunately, my second pair of Brady x Cloos failed in the arm again. These are BEAUTIFUL glasses, I get compliments on them all the time. However, Cloos support quickly and easily fixed my issue under warranty, and sent a new pair without any trouble. This takes them from being a one-time purchase, to life-long brand loyalty. I can't express how grateful I am for making this an easy process. Do (and will continue) to recommend to friends and family!!

I LOVE my Christopher Cloos sunglasses. I've never been able to find a pair that really fits my face, but these are absolutely perfect. It's like they were customized to give me the perfect look. If you're looking for an upgrade on your sunglasses, I would highly recommend Christopher Cloos!

Great sunglasses with a great feel and fit on my head. Support team is very quick to respond and extremely helpful if any issues come about.

I have bought three pairs of sunglasses with this company so far and unfortunately 2 of the pairs the sunglass arms detached.
I contacted them and they were very accommodating and are going to send me some replacement frames. They are great sunglasses and the company seems to be doing things the right way.

My glasses were approximately two years old and I had unfortunately broke an arm off of the frame. I reached out to customer service to see if they have repairs available. The advised that they don't. However instead they sent me brand new replacement frames which I was not expecting and was very happy about.

Ordered a pair for my husband and when the screw popped out months later, the Company helped out to fix the situation immediately. Wonderful customer service and very much appreciated!!

They terrible at shipping. i had to send a message to support in order for them to ship the pair of sunglasses. Will never order from here again.

Wanna say thank you to Gus who continued to email me and wanted to make up for the mistake. It’s definitely appreciated. Was sent a free pair of frames. Thank you again Gus.

UPDATE 1-3-2023:

It's been at least 2 months and I still don't have the pair of glasses I ordered. I was in contact with a Rep that promised me several times that they would ship out on certain dates but still nothing. Now, he's ignoring my emails. Haven't gotten a response to my last 3 emails. This is absolutely ridiculous. They pretty much stole money from me.

Ordered a pair of glasses on Sep 29th. It's October 27th and I still haven't received the glasses nor have I even received a notification saying that the order has been shipped.

I was in touch one of their reps who promised me that it would be sent out within a couple of weeks and that was two weeks ago. He was quick to ask me to change my previous review because his bosses don't like bad reviews. He also offered me a $50 gift card to use towards my next purchase, which is pretty much useless since I don't plan on buying from them again due to my experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. In addition to their top of the line sunglasses, their customer service is just as good. They recently sent me a new pair of frames after my original pair came apart. I highly recommend Christoper Cloos to anyone in the market for sunglasses!

Absolutely the best companies customer service I have ever dealt with. The quality of the glasses are fantastic. I will never buy sunglasses from another company. I just can’t recommend Cloos more!!!!

I love my Christopher Cloos sunglasses. I have had a great experience with the customer service team. They really went above and beyond what is required as a company to make sure that I was a happy customer. I am going to recommend CC to my friends and family.
