Churchill & Wolff 

Well the only good thing about this company is that the watch I paid for was delivered 12 weeks later, but the promise of a goodwill payment was never honoured. There were problems with the online ordering and many calls were never returned, in fact I believe this business is run as a shoe string operation by some young graduates, who don't understand that when you sell premium products you also need to provide customer service to match. If you want better service go to Hatton Garden dont be fooled by the website and the registered office address of C&W.

Put simply - I could not find the watches offered by Churchill & Wolff at a better price anywhere else (short of flying out of the UK).

I bought an Omega Speedmaster through C&W, and I am absolutely thrilled with the watch. Having paid for the watch by layaway (in instalments over a number of months), when the funds were finally together the watch took about five weeks to arrive, but Mathew had informed me well in advance that this was possible. He also fixed the price at the beginning of the process and honoured it at completion, regardless of what movements there had been in the market.

However, communication with Mathew was not always the best. Some emails of mine went unacknowledged, others took days or even weeks to get a response. Ultimately this meant I couldn't agree a time and date to pick up the watch from their upmarket new address, so Mathew couriered it to me, absorbing the additional cost himself.

I would still recommend anyone to use C&W, as long as they're not in a hurry or expect to be fawned over.

My Omega Planet Ocean was ordered 29th July, it eventually arrived late September. During this period I sent several e mails requesting updates, had I not, I doubt if this company would have bothered contacting me. They blamed the Omega factory summer closure for the delay, but my watch was manufactured in 2014 and had been in stock somewhere since then. Even worse, my son ordered a Planet Ocean Chronograph at the same time and three months down the line he is still waiting. E mails go unanswered which hardly instills confidence in this company. Buying a luxury watch should be an exciting pleasurable experience, this company certainly spoiled it for me and I will never use them or recommend them again.

I was new to the luxury watch market with little knowledge of what I wanted:

C&W appeared whilst searching the web. I was immediately impressed by the website that has been tailored to appeal to customers seeking a comprehensive selection of watches at competitive prices.
Following my initial browse of the website, I decided to contact Matt & Jack to get some advice on the time piece that would best suit me and my budget. By the end of the day I had been contacted by C&W with guidance and advice on the watch brands that they felt offered the most value for me.
After some research, I had a few technical questions regarding the materials used & internal movement characteristics, these were answered without hesitation.

C&W are true professionals with knowledge that dwarfs that of retail jewellers.

Once we had decided on the watch I wanted, Matt & Jack were very efficient with processing my order. The watch arrived on the day quoted and I paid £500 less than the high street jewellers price.
Buying this watch was totally enjoyable and stress free. Payment made via PayPal is secure and C&W are regulated by the FCA, adding extra peace of mind.

Jack and Mathew are the real deal. Jack kept me informed all the way on my purchase of a Brand new Breitling Superocean. The watch came with all the paper work and international warrenty dated at the time of purchase. I saved £600 on the price. If you are worried about handing over the money before purchasing you have no need to worry as the paypal service protects the payment, (not that you'll need it.) Be in no doubt if you have any concerns after purchase Mathew and Jack will will look into it and provide a fantastic after sales service. Well done guys.

I was slightly nervous as a first time buyer through a broker but the service could not have been better. From order to receipt of watch (from an AD, stamped shortly before delivery) was less than 10 days. Some things that look too good be true actually are true...

I was apprehensive about ordering a luxury watch from a website – it was going to take leap of faith on my part and to me it seemed a little like chucking a bottle in the ocean. Jack and Matt made the process as easy as possible and with the added protection of Paypal and FCA regulation, the pricing was just too good to ignore. Having placed my order Jack kept me posted every step of the way – very reassuring rather than things just going ‘quiet’ and having to chase myself. Of course, the trade-off is the time to wait before delivery – frankly, a very small price to pay for what it a considerable saving on AD pricing. My watch turned up on the date I was advised, the correct model, with all documentation and the international guarantee, duly stamped and dated. All in all, an excellent service, I am delighted with the end results and cannot recommend Churchill and Wolff highly enough. I have no doubt I will be using them again in the future.

I purchased the seamaster 300 master co-axial from Churchill & Wolff and the seamless correspondence between Jack and Mathew was informative and a delight. I've had my eye on an IWC Portuguese Chronograph for a while and was close to purchasing it from Mappin and Webb. Before committing I thought I'd check the price online to make sure I was paying a fair price and I stumbled across Churchill & Wolff. After reading the reviews I was intrigued so I made contact with Mathew. After a couple of discussions I was quoted a price which was over £1,000 cheaper than Mappin and Webb (which already included a 10% discount). The watched arrived in around 2 weeks and I am delighted with my purchase. I have recommended to friends and family and will definitely use again when I am looking for my next watch.

A slightly nervous purchase of an Omega Seamaster that took a little longer than expected at 3 weeks. I had to chase at the beginning but when the delivery date was actually set the contact was very good. Mathew and Jack were helpful throughout the process and I would happily recommend their business. The watch arrived with full international paperwork from Italy and after sizing is perfect. Let's be honest, you're here for the same reason I was - the C&W price seems too good to be true. You needn't worry! It took about three weeks for my Omega to arrive with International Warranty and all the expected trimmings. I then took it to my local Omega Boutique who re-sized the bracelet, free-of-charge.

I don't feel that I received the same level of communication that previous reviewers have commented on (perhaps my expectations were too high having read these reviews?!), but ultimately I saved £900 compared with RRP so I'm one happy customer! I would definitely use C&W again and you should have no reservations in using them.

I ordered my IWC on the 30th Mar after a little bargaining with the director. He promised me to beat any price I found on the web. There was a better price on an other UK web site and the boys beat that, so I was very pleased with the final price. The watch arrived two weeks later extremely well packed with the AD stamp and the C & W contact details. I am now wearing it as well as a huge smile! Thank you C & W for your speedy efficiency and courteous customer services. I shall recommend your team to any who ask.

I never ever write reviews about online service ,products etc. ,but I felt I had to leave something about these guys. I cannot fault them for one moment for their service. I ordered my watch just as the Swiss Central bank did something that drastically moved the Swiss Franc rate which meant that my Omega suddenly increased in price. Mathew was great as he honoured my original price, and although this price change delayed things slightly Jack was in constant quick contact with me via email and phone. How often do you get that these days? They were completely transparent at all times, which put me at ease especially as I had transferred a fair amount of money. If you are going to buy a watch use this firm, and I would definitely send anyone their way!....Excellent.

This was my first purchase with Churchill & Wolff and I must admit I had my doubts given that I had to pay for the watch upfront. I purchased a Panerai 359 which retails at £5,600. Got an excellent discount!!! Received my new watch within 5 weeks of purchase with all relevant papers - stamped by the official authorised dealer. Was not disappointed. Was kept updated at all times and Matthew and Jack were very helpful. Could not fault these guys. Excellent service and will use again.

Cannot rate the company highly enough! My dealings were with Mathew who's communication was excellent from the outset. From placing my order to receiving the piece was nine days. truly remarkable when we consider it had to be sourced and shipped to Churchill and wolff before being forwarded to me .

This is a 1st class company, good service and genuine products. Watch delivery time was a few weeks which was worth the wait for the amount of savings made. Don't be concerned whether you think if they are genuine or not, I can assure you they are 100% genuine and I will be using them for all my watches going forward.
I even took my watch into Goldsmiths who adjusted the watch strap free of charge (bought a number of high end watches from them).
