I bought myself a new Omega Seamaster 300 Coaxial for my 50th and was incredibly impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and, of course, the price! When I took the watch into the Omega boutique in London to have the strap adjusted they commented how lucky I was to have one as they had a waiting list! I would thoroughly recommend Churchill & Wolff to anyone looking for a quality timepiece. They are a knowledgeable, responsive and great value outfit

I was looking for a new Rolex GMT at the best possible price. I happened to find this company whilst researching but I was very nervous about paying out such a large amount of money to someone I didn't know. After much thought I decided to air my concerns by emailing them, so glad I did. Mathew replied straight away and put my mind at rest stating they'd accept PayPal or a credit card. So I placed my order and in a day or so Mathew located the exact watch I wanted. I made payment with my card and so it was ordered. I was still a little nervous but Mathew kept me updated on a daily basis ( I was a pain in the backside) even emailed me pics of my new watch. He continued to keep me informed each day right up to the day it was despatched giving me the tracking details. I now have the watch, exactly what I wanted, exactly what I ordered at the price I was after. Good job Mathew. I'm a very satisfied customer, will recommend your company without hesitation.

Matt updated me on the process of my order and it arrived on schedule.
The watch is superb and I can't speak highly enough of Churchill & Wolff and the service they provided.

Looking for a quality Swiss watch I found Churchill & Wolff purely by chance during a Web search. After emailing Mathew Slade (Director) on several ocassions I elected to purchase the watch from them....always slightly risky dealing at a distance with a company and reputation I didn't know anything of!
Cost, for me anyway, was a minor issue but I was incredibly impressed with the price that Churchill & Wolff can offer a potential purchaser over the RRP.....
Anyway....without rambling on too much I bought MY watch, the latest model Omega Seamaster, and am absolutely over the moon with it....
I cannot rate Churchill & Wolff highly enough, and especially the way I was always made to feel like I was the only person Mathew was dealing with in regard to the purchase....service like this is rare but so welcome in this day and age....I will not hesitate in recommending Churchill & Wolff for their outstanding customer service and will most definitely use them when I am again in a position to purchase another quality watch.

I only have good things to say about Churchill and Wolff, they sell the top watches for the lowest prices I found after doing a lot of research. They answered all my questions promptly, no matter what time of the day I emailed them.

Watch arrived in perfect condition, with all boxes/certificates/paperwork, as you would expect.
