All of our guides and assistants were reliable, courteous and helpful. Most guides provided interesting tidbits and back stories on our tours. We found it assuring to have assistance navigating from one activity to the next. Additionally, the office staff was readily available and able to make new arrangements for us when we got off our train at the wrong station.

We had an amazing experience with Ciao Italy Tours. This was our first time in Italy so you never know what to expect. Every experience was spot on. We never had to wait or wonder if we were in the correct place. All of the guides we met were so friendly, warm, inviting and knowledgeable. When our flights were delayed and we ended up missing connections they were quick to reach out to make sure they had all updated info for our arrival. They were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had the trip of a lifetime!

I have worked with Fabiana on a few trips; she goes far above and beyond with her attention to trip details. She responds quickly, even when she is dealing with a personal emergency. We would highly recommend Ciao Italy in planning your trip to Italy! This was our first trip to Italy from the USA and my husband’s first trip to Europe. Our driver was there to meet us at the airport upon arrival pointing out different sites along the way to our hotel. Trains and schedules were easy to follow. Our tours and guides were fantastic! Each guide was a native to the area we visited and gave us the experience of living like a local. And each tour provided us with a taste of the different sections of Rome. And all guides were experts in what they were showing us. Highlights include Vatican Museums and all the significant pieces of art. By explaining the Sistine Chapel before we went in we could experience it with the silence and respect one should do when entering this Chapel. Our guide to the Uffizi in Florence was a native to Florence and an art history major and her expertise and knowledge of the various paintings and rooms brought those pictures to life. The guides navigated us through all the construction for the jubilee and still were able to show us all the Piazzas and Fountains. The cooking class was phenomenal and gave us hands on experience of shopping in the market for our ingredients as well as making the food. He even treated us to breakfast as we walked to the cooking studio! We can’t wait to return to Italy and will definitely be using Ciao Italy to plan our next visit!!!🇮🇹❤️😃

My husband and I had the most amazing trip to Italy with the help of Ciao Italy Tours. We spent 3 weeks in Rome, Venice, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. Every hotel, tour and transportation was 100% exceptional and stress free. Could not have been more perfect!

We were extremely happy with with our tour of Italy arranged through Ciao Italy. All of the hotels were in wonderful locations with beautiful breakfasts. The included transfers were always on time, clean and exactly where they said they'd be.
Porter service, where planned, was very helpful. Train tickets and schedules were easy to follow and the reserved seats were in an excellent class of service.
I found them very easy to work with.

Castello di Albola grounds were beautiful. Private cooking class (for four) was once-in-a-Lifetime experience thanks to host/interpreter (Isabella) and chef (Sarah). Professional, friendly & fun!

Just back from a trip of a lifetime to Italy. My husband and I enjoyed every minute from the moment we landed to the minute we left our last hotel. The tours and transport arranged by Ciao was nothing short of stellar and beyond top notch. Visiting different locations across 12 days with much to see and do, Ciao made the best arrangements for us to travel and see the site we wanted to without any hassle or stress. From NY to Milan to Florence to Rome and finally to Positano. We enjoyed the best travel and touring anyone could dream of. Every driver, every train ticket was perfectly arranged to take us where we needed with no stress. We felt spoiled! Donna was an amazing source of information and helped us pick the right tours that matched what we wanted to do and more importantly how we wanted to do it. From the first day to our last the drivers and tour guides were all so friendly and informative. Our hotels in every destination surpassed what we could have hoped for with the best accommodations and service.
