Very smooth with great customer…

Very smooth with great customer service. Hire a car in Fuerteventura. The car was electric hybrid, and I didn't fully understand the way it work and for that reason I would of liked a quick brief.

Good cars

I received two Seat cars (one in Gran Canaria and one in Lanzarote). The cars were in very good technical and aesthetic conditions, clean inside. The paperwork was completed very quickly. There was the possibility of returning the car early (at 5 am) by leaving the keys in a box. Thank you

We have been using you consistently for…

We have been using you consistently for over 10 years. This year our car wasn’t ready . When we collected it , it smelt of smoke and wasn’t an automatic which was ordered. Due to the delay we accepted the car . In return we found the drop off chaotic and frantic . Staff seemed under pressure and not very friendly . Not our usual experience.

Nice and friendly staff when I arrive…

Nice and friendly staff when I arrive after a long flight and efficient service..car is always ready to go....no complications with fuel or insurance. I have hired a car more than five times and always been very happy. Look forward to picking the car up every time.

Excellent car rental company

Straightforward pick up and quick drop off process. CICAR allow vehicles to go to other Canary islands. Never had any problems and I would highly recommend CICAR to other people.

Tenerife for 5 days pick up North drop off South

Tenerife for 5 days , picked up north dropped off south. Well sign posted, no interrogations. Non of the usual tricks with deposits and insurance - even got my 12 euro back for returning the tank with the same level I left it.
Very good experience. Thanks CICAR.

Now I know why people say Cicar is the best in the island

They guy at the counter was really helpful, jolly... just really made my day especially since it was the first local one that I was about to interact with. And then the car, I did not feel that I was hustled like in other trips when I was renting a car and getting a less decent car. And las but not least, the price is fair.

Very nice experience

Very nice reception, Ladies were very nice, easy to find the office, minimal formalities, good car, could be a bit more clean inside. I wish to get the car I order, always they give some other car, but this time I liked that option.
