Purchased custom sized bridesmaid dresses for 5 ladies. They were purchased and arrived all within 13 days I literally couldn't believe it. Worried it would be a scam due to how quick they arrived but let me just say, they are AMAZING. Built in pads at the boob area, such thick and quality material, and the fit is perfect. They are everything I could wish for! I did add extra length on the bottom as my girls hadn't decided on shoes at this point so gave them a choice. Couldn't recommend more.

Item felt poor quality, and would not allow me to send back, saying it was custom made yet I gave no measurements, won't refund full price!!!

Would love to order from this company, however they don’t offer maternity sizes. It’s 2024. How are we still not inclusive of expecting women? As a bride, I’d take my business elsewhere.

Dress arrived in a small plastic bag. Very crushed and creased.
I have purchased dresses elsewhere for lesser priced and they were packaged with tissue paper in a box

I had been looking for a while for a trouser suit to wear to my daughter's wedding when this site came up I was so relieved and then thrilled. Such a wide variety of Mother of the Bride outfits. I was a little concerned about buying online but my fears were unfounded as the outfit is lovely, well made and at a very good price. I can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding in September.

I wish I could give zero stars, the shoe does not fit and the price they are charging for the return is just ridiculous!!…you have no choice than to keep a shoe that doesn’t fit. Poor description and finishing

Incredibly poor. I ordered 2 custom measured dresses. They both arrived bearing no resemblance to my measurements (they were enormous) and both were completely different sizes.
Despite the inaccurate measurements and cutting by Cicinia they took no responsibility and refused to accept a return or issue a refund. I am furious! Do not buy a dress from this company!!
