You won't regret it!!!

I was a little unsure about ordering such an important dress online (for my daughters prom). I needn't have been worried. The dress is absolutely beautiful, so elegant. Everyone commented on how beautiful it actually is. The fit was perfect. I did add a little sparkle around the waist just for that little bit extra. I'll definitely be using Cicinia when my next daughter is ready for prom...or even if I have a special occasion myself! Thank you so much!

Item unsuitable but they didn't want to refund me asked me to keep unsuitable item and accept £25 for a £150 dress. Would not use them again

X2 faulty orders received no refund despite being promised same

X2 faulty orders received, was promised a refund yet this has not materialised despite being promised a month ago. The company have been dishonest in my case and untrustworthy. Would not recommend ever buying from this site. They are based in China and you have no recourse to recover your money in the event of a problem, stick to UK based companies where you have full recourse for refunds and proper customer service should you not be satisfied with the product you receive.

Returning and refunding process

Clothes arrived reasonably promptly but the return situation is dire. Very difficult to navigate with lots of hidden costs. Endless emails ..in the end we kept the unwanted dresses, had a partial refund and now have to try to sell them. A hassle I can do without.constructive suggestion ...accept returns and the responsibility of sending back to source without the huge financial outlay of nearly £90.

Bad experience

It took a very very long time to arrive. The material felt cheap.
I was really disappointed in the returns policy, I lost about £40 on the dress I bought because it would cost so much to send back.
I will not be shopping at cicinia again because of the returns policy and wait time for delivery
