So far the best cigar retailer I have found in South Africa. Good selection of cigar brands (although I would love it if they would consider stocking Camacho especially the Connecticut Toros). The cigars are packaged well and protected from drying out. Website is easy enough to navigate and payment is straightforward. Shipment was fast and efficient.

Quick service - good cigars!

The boxes had previously been opened. This should be done with the consent of the purchaser only – and only if it is to check the state of the cigars.
If that is the case it would be a simple matter for the dealer to insert a clickable box in the order form requiring the buyer to confirm whether it is satisfied that the boxes are opened for inspection before sending.
Feeling this, the reason for receiving opened boxes are not known to the buyer.
