I like the packaging although some of the cigars had cracks at the lip area, showing signs of dryness. If it was possible I would attach a picture.

Our contact details are on our website and on the email you received with your order, so you could always gotten in touch with us.
We give 24 hours after the order has been received as per T&Cs to deal with any complaints.
Our warehouse is fully isolated and temperature (21 celcius) and humidity (70%) controlled, and this is rigorously controlled, so your claim that the cigars are not well kept are not true, cigars is our business.
Cracks can occur during transport due to handling and temperature differences.
We can rectify this as long as we get made aware there was an issue in a reasonable time frame.
You placed your order on the 4th of August, unfortunately we can not do anything now.
But in future, please contact us as soon as possible and we will swop out the cigars.

Hi Malcolm, thank you for your review! The Tobacco law dictates what type of paper for the health warning labels need to be used. It’s called tear proof paper, and that can not be changed. Just feel lucky we don’t have images on the boxes like other countries!

Making payment was a bit confusing as you first have to create an order and then access the order to make payment. (I am not sure if this was just me.
Apart from that, it was seamless. Goods were delivered in excellent condition the very next day (mind you I placed my order like 8pm).
I bought it as a gift so I can’t comment on the actual goods, but if it is anything like their service, it aught to be fantastic.

They didn’t have the cutter in stock that I had paid for. I was contacted immediately to inform me of this. Hillel kindly offered me a selection to choose from that they suggested would be a satisfactory replacement and offered to cover the additional cost. I don’t see this level of kind and honest service very often in today’s world. After making my selection, they sent it speedily. Thank you Cigars.co.za for doing this for me. I appreciate it.
