We have been a bit worried about…

We have been a bit worried about luggage, as Eurowimg state that I have not paid for luggage, and would have to pay additional.

I sendt a request to you this morning about it, and very fast your “trouble-desk” person could calm us down by stating that we do have 2 bags of 23 kg included 👍👍

Amazing Customer Service!

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service. After sending CitizenPlane an email to ask about my luggage allowance they responded immediately with helpful information and even followed up with me after a few days to provide me updated details regarding my trip. Airline reference is not regular format

I bought a flight through Edreams, then I got an email from Citizen Plane regarding the same flight. This was confusing and the PRN airline reference provided was not in the usual format. Because of this, logged into the airline's website, I could not access my booking and reading Citizen Plane's help section, it says in this case, you cannot check-in online, only at the airport with the airline desk as the booking is part of a group booking. I found this extremely inconvenient, as I did not book luggage and it also made me nervous about the validity of my booking. Edreams was of no help, however, after contacting Citizen Plane, they assisted me to access the booking (you need to be logged out of your airline membership) and assure me I will be able to check-in online. If I had been travelling the next day, this would have been even more stressful, but simply to do this wasted a lot of my time. In the end I was able to check-in online and there was no issues but Edreams customer support continued to tell me this would not be the case. Be aware, it is not the same as a regular booking but the customer service was helpful and in the end there was no issues.

Good and quick communication

it was good experience

it was good experience, I was some confused about check in at the airport because it's not allowed online, but I didn't any problem with checking at the airport, especially it was my first trip abroad.
I see that buying cheap flights online is a good choice you don't have to worry about check-in online you have to be in the airport early at least 2 hours before flight time and you won't have any problems with check in process directly in company desk, exactly like I experienced with citizenplane last week.
And also their support was good and helpful via email.

We are absolutely thrilled! From the very first email, the communication was kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Even though our flight was originally non-changeable and non-refundable, Mr. Maxim from the CitizenPlane team immediately took the initiative to contact the supplier and request an exception – and succeeded!

Our return flight was rebooked to our preferred date without any extra cost, smoothly and effortlessly. The level of care, humanity, and generosity shown throughout the process is something you rarely experience these days.

This means the world to us, especially since it’s our very first vacation together.

If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would – 5 just aren’t enough!
A heartfelt thank-you to Mr. Maxim and the entire CitizenPlane team – you saved our holiday before it even started. We’re truly grateful!

Great customer service.

Booked a flight for the stepdaughter and got her her birthday wrong, because I was too late in the evening 😉... Called them the next day and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Top notch.
