Great guy always pleasant always does a great job

This is unbelievable! I used their services for waste removal in the past. After stopping their services and officially closing the account, I am still receiving bills from them! I spent far too much of my precious time for calling various advisors to prove what supposed to be obvious. Two years later, I received another bill and it is now astronomical. What can one do to stop this madness!

Once they have you in their clasp, they do not know how to let go! My advice is, do not deal with this company. They really upset me.

Worst company Iv ever dealt with.
Met a rep who gave us a quote for all our bathroom hygiene and also mats. Was quoted a monthly charge which we excepted.

This is where it all went terribly wrong.

We started receiving multiple invoices before anything was installed. They then eventually installed half the products we ordered but kept sending invoices for the full instillation, which we never received.

I spoke to about 6 different people and no one was any help. Promised multiple phone calls back but never received one. Iv sent about 10 emails and still no one who replies can sort anything out.

Eventually decided to cancel. Surprise surprise 6 months on we are still getting invoices and demands for products we never even received.

STAY AWAY from this company as they are totally unprofessional and the staff literally don’t seem to have a clue whenever you call them.

Dig comes to service our hygiene bins and is a lovely happy, smiley face to see on a cold early morning!
He's a credit to you.
