6 months in as a dedicated customer. Our radio station has doubled in listeners. The network and pings are above the rest when tuning in from all continents. Citrus3 have it nailed! Absolutely lovely people at support too. Friendly fast response from my dedicated account manager during the pandemic. Would not dream to go anywhere else for our online radio services services. Don’t look anywhere else as it’s a waste of time!

Used Citrus 3 now for over 5 years with my online station, Great service and very helpful.
One problem I have to email the Helpdesk every 12 to 14 weeks as for some reason the playout loses up to 5to6 minutes on GMT.

Ok guys my account is suspended by not paying attention while adding too much music what can I do the disk MB passed 5001/5000

Easy way to get heard. We had no idea where to start with setting up a station but they helped at every step and continue to do so!

I paid for a subscription but I still haven't received a welcome email, no refund, no login details, I have checked my spam folder, and still nothing.

edit: well hold me accountable cos citrus3 is actually easy to use, I got the help that I needed and everything has been going smoothly, the employees are really polite i must say

Honestly the best service all around. If you want an easy to use solution to set up a radio station and be heard all over the world look no further than Citrus3. Tried a few products and Citrus3 is the most reliable and easy to use solution. Having dealt with their support team all I can say is they are lovely people and a pleasure to deal with. Would give more stars if only I could.

The service was easy to set up with the help of the support team. Great product and finally I have my own radio station which I wanted for years.

The service that Matt has provided has been great. We are very happy with the way that Citrus3 has helped us start our radio station. We tried a few companies previously however this product is much easier to use than anything else. Support and easy of use 5+ stars

We are currently with another radio server who have poor customer support which is essential for us.
I have e-mailed the sales team to express an interest in switching but 7 days later have yet to receive a response, I guess despite posts to the contrary that Citrus 3 are not as good as claimed - disappointing.

Edit: My original rating was based on my experience, I made a sales enquiry and nobody replied!

i am so pleased with Citrus3 excellent service and excellent support, I would totally recommend using Citrus3 easy setup with total support who will get straight back to you if you do run across any problems. 100 per cent well done and thank you

I had some issues with contacting them initially, but mainly because I uncovered an out of date phone number online. After an email, they called me and Mathew was really helpful and provided me with a mobile number to WhatsApp him on and they have refunded some of my subscription, as an apology, which is great! I still have to resolve a technical issue, but this is due to a 3rd party software problem, which they are talking me through.

Just started using the service and the support level is amazing, every question asked is responded to quickly and comprehensively , the user experience is also great , excellent all round and highly recommended !

Having researched and used other streaming services I am happy to confirm that Citrus 3 have proved to be the best by far. The quality of the stream (256kbps stereo) is better than a lot of the DAB currently broadcasting. If you need to get in touch they are very prompt in their response. Oh.. and excellent value for money too! Definitely 5 stars.

Started our jazz radio station a few weeks ago. So far our experience has been awesome. Not only has Citrus3 been top notch at helping me set up our radio station but they have also provided free apps for the station too. The product overall allows me to upload my shows and have them run 24/7 with ease. I can then interupt the regular programming at any time with a live show from our home studio. So far everything is perfect. 👌

These guys have been great. We switched our existing radio station to Citrus3 servers just over a month ago and the service has been flawless. They update the system and control panel with a monthly feature update and add new features all the time. The servers provided are fully SSL (https) secure, just what we needed! It's simple to use and by far the most stable. We have switched about 10 providers (and top ones) who have been nothing but trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend Citrus3 for your station.
