Fantastic product and amazing support.
I am a novice in this industry and I have never managed a station and broadcasted before but Citrus3 support and Jennifer have guided me step by step and helped me whenever needed. I am very pleased with the product and have been broadcasting for iver a month now.

Great product and support from Citrus3. I just went and tried every stream hosting provider out there and took advantage of all the free trials available. Once I found Citrus3 it really was above and beyond all of the other providers. The service is much easier to use. The control panel is laid out for any novice. Their support is on another level compared to the other suppliers. Thank you for everything Citrus3

Citrus3 is a great cloud based platform for broadcasting an internet radio station worldwide. It is easy to use and has a world class support team. I have been with them for 6 months and really enjoying my radio.

Look no further than Citrus3 to start your radio station. Every step of the process has been fantastic from setting up the autoDJ through to live broadcasting from my home studio. Big shout out to Team Citrus3 for the wonderful support provided me in the last week. Coronavirus has got me stuck indoors and you have given me a top platform to start my new business.

Honestly the best only radio hosting company that has ever been.
We launched our station 2 months ago with Citrus3. This month for the first time we have reached 3000 listeners which is our record in the last 10 years since we began our radio venture. There is something about the bandwidth which citrus3 provides which gives the high audio quality and allows so many listeners to listen at once which you don’t get with other providers. I questioned them on it and they told me it was due to them owning every aspect of their network. Other providers rely on reselling bandwidth wheres the citrus3 infrastructure is all owned by them themselves.

The support team at Citrus3.com is the greatest. They are quick to respond and very helpful in pointing you in the right direction in understanding your server. They go above and beyond in resolving technical issues (if any) they even customize services to match the brand. Great team and company, I highly recommend anybody looking to expand into the radio market to go with this company!

Excellent customer service! I have finished a remote session with support and they politely asked me to write a few words of what I thought. I managed to set the autoDJ up myself in about 5 minutes. It got a bit more difficult for me however when trying to get up and running with the live broadcast. After reaching out to support they arranged a remote session, linked up to my computer remotely, took control of everything and within 5 minutes my live broadcast started :). They are fast, polite and willing to help in any way possible

I purchased the radio directory service blast last month where they added my stream to a host of radio directories over the last month. We are now getting a fair few hundred listeners tune in than before on a daily basis. Well worth the £50 one time payment if you don’t have the time to search for directories and submit your station yourself. As always solid service from Citrus3.
