Sarah was the lady who dealt with me today, she was amazing! Actually felt like I was talking to a friend. The phone got cut of and she rang me straight back which was lovely, especially when your in the middle of a booking!

Perfect for the business traveller
Having used Citybase on a few occasions now, I can confidently say that I would recommend them to anyone looking for serviced apartments. Jonathan is always friendly, extremely helpful with all enquiries and gets back to me quicker than most companies usually do.
