Convenient and Professional service
I needed a Yellow Fever vaccination and certificate at relatively short notice as I was going to West Africa. CityDoc had appointments available and handled everything in a very professional manner. I updated my vaccination status and provided me with a certificate advising when I need to get boosters and I was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommended

Very easy to book, convenient location.
The staff were professional and friendly.
The consult was thorough and I barely felt the vaccination. Information on possible side effects were given.
It cost £118 but this was made clear before booking.

the worse experience ever for my 18 year old… AVOID the Victoria branch at all costs
the worse experience for my 18 year old daughter who has a phobia of vaccinations but needed 4 in one go. The lady who administered the jabs was the rudest, most arrogant woman I have had the displeasure of meeting.. she could see my daughter was nervous and yet didn't reassure.. if anything she scoffed at her nerves and made her feel so stupid and small. Absolutely awful. she pushed and pushed for us to have more jabs and reeled off the costs and tried to scare us into the very jabs we had decided against. I could not believe my ears when she told me to be quiet as my daughter was an adult and she would speak to her only. She needs the sack. No gloves - didn't wash her hands, no reassurance or nice calm words. NOTHING except arrogance, tutting, rudeness and patronising looks at me. I literally should have walked out with my daughter but I needed the done. I will NEVER EVER go back. And nor should you!

We were given excellent, common-sense travel advice which balanced our safety with budget. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff were friendly, helpful and very good at what they do. My wife and I will definitely use them again.
