Information in the website is tricky. No clear information. In website for the package it is stated that I can access 3 thematic parks with my ticket, in reality I can enter only one of them. Not clearly stated in the website.

Dear Agil, we apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced. As we discussed over the WhatsApp chat, we have shown the option you chose. It says you can go to any one park out of 4. On the landing page with more options, you can also see the exact information, including the price. In case if you have missed all this information but on the ticket it is mentioned that it is about 1 day any 1 park. If you had asked us to upgrade to multiple parks, you could have done but after using, you are asking for another park access which was not possible.
However, we always responded to your message in real time and answered all your questions. We have also given a 35% discount on your ticket I hope you consider and review to your review.
We once again apologise, but trust me, we give tickets that we received in the order, and after using it is beyond any modification.

Hello , I go of the site citylaila and the first problem was with order. I order two parks in one day and pay then I becomes only one court for my family for one park one day and I stand over there for entrance and nobody won’t help us because the city Lilla is not the official site from this park. I don’t recommend it. The people don’t help the customers thanks.

Our team has not done anything wrong, they sent the ticket you booked. And please correct your statement Citylaila is an authorised ticket seller partner for all the DPR products. We'd like to ask you to please don't give the wrong information. Our team has tried to help you, but your ticket was used already, so we can not upgrade it once it is used. If you have not used it, we could have given you a new ticket.

Hello Dear. Yes if you use the same ticket in 1 park 2 times then you cannot use it again in another park. 2 park pass is for 2 separate parks generally but if someone go to same park 2 times with same ticket then they will not be allowed in another park.
