Really fast response time
Really fast responding to queries etc on WhatsApp, and good detailed info- best value on the Ski Dubai tickets we booked! It’s a shame that even with pre-booked tickets you still have a long queue for entry into the venue, but that’s to do with the way Ski Dubai is managed and not City Laila 😊

I buy ticket from this site, was amazing, if you buy ticket from here you can visit 2 park for 1 prices( ferrari and seaword ) 375 AED, but if you buy from abu dhaby will be This price for 1 park. Just reminder travel inside this parks takes time 3-4 hour. Take it consideration, 1 day for 2 park is enough. Have a good travel!

But….on the day we had the tickets, unfortunately for us , it was raining and it was cold. Yes… it was raining in Dubai and 18-20 degrees and windy. We asked them to change our day for Atlantis Aquadventure Park but they didn’t, even if we talked with the Atlantis Park team and they said that it is possible. The Atlantis park team would have changed the tickets if we have bought tickets from them. But the last answer from Citylaila team was “ our support team is working” and they are still working . So if you buy from them and there is un exceptional situation, they DON’t WANT to help you …

I had an incredibly embarrassing and frustrating experience with CityLaila that I feel compelled to share, so no one else goes through what my family and I endured. We purchased tickets from them, only to find out at the Future Museum entrance that one of our three tickets was a duplicate! This left us standing in line, humiliated, as staff moved us aside due to their scam ticket.
When I reached out to CityLaila, they initially blamed it on “human error” and then claimed no tickets were available—this was a blatant lie, as I was at the ticket desk and could see availability. Despite multiple attempts to call them, they never answered my calls.
The situation became even worse when I reported the issue to the Future Museum management. They confirmed that the duplicate ticket had been sold twice, further proving CityLaila’s incompetence. After countless WhatsApp messages (their only method of communication), they refunded my money—but even that was handled unprofessionally. They sent me inconsistent screenshots as proof, with incorrect and incomplete details, and only corrected this after I pressed for proper confirmation.
To make matters worse, someone on the other side of the chat asked if I lived in Dubai and offered vague compensation. Their communication was informal, unprofessional, and downright “scary.”
This company is not trustworthy. They operate through unregistered numbers and WhatsApp chats, and when you really need them, they’re unreachable. I will be reporting this incident to the relevant authorities to prevent other tourists from experiencing the same embarrassment and inconvenience.
Save yourself the stress and avoid CityLaila at all costs—Dubai is a beautiful city, and tourists deserve much better. 1 star is too much for this scam operation.

This was a human error while sending your ticket; the support team mistakenly sent a duplicate ticket.
If we had any intention to do a scam, then logically, we would never send one used ticket and two new tickets. Your observation about our company is absolutely wrong. This is a human error, not intentional. However, we really understand your frustration and disappointment, and we are sorry for this inconvenience. We have also offered compensation, and we will accept whatever you would like to take.
