I ordered a Christmas piece that was to signed by the artist at a special event on Oct 16, 2015., I made sure all the "special codes ect" were on the order, yet when I received the item about a week after the event, it was un-signed, I wrote an email to City Lights about it but as of this date Nov 2, 2015 I"ve not even received so much as an apology or any acknowledgement of it. Bad enough the piece was not cheap along with the increased amount to qualify for "free shipping" made for a less than a satisfactory experience. Cant say I will be ordering anything else from them in the future & as far as Christopher Radko's chairity peices go I'm ending my collection. The least they could do was at least apoligize??? Not even that much as I write this review..

I recently purchased 5 Christopher Radko ornaments from City Lights and was supposed to receive a free ornament with my purchase. After I ordered on line my receipt showed I was being charged the regular price for the "free ornament". I emailed City Lights immediately and got a response the next day that they were taking care of my "free promo". I replied back to ask if they were adjusting my receipt and credit card. I still have not heard back from them. I recieved my package and the recipe to was not adjusted so I was charged the full price for the "free ornament" and my credit card has not been credited. I again emailed City Lights to ask them to credit my account for the amount charged for the "free ornament". But I still have not heard back from City Lights.

Prompt delivery, secure packing, no problems. Will order again.

I have been purchasing Mark Roberts products from City Lights for a number of years. Their products are of consistent quality at the right price, with prompt shipping and excellent packaging. City Lights has always been able to provide the very latest characters in the Mark Roberts line in the full range of sizes.

I have ordered from City Lights Collectibles for several years and am very satisfied with the quickness in which they fill the orders and the quality of the collectibles.

I placed an order during a promotion. My order was large [127.88] . when the order came none of the items were signed as promised in their ad. They said I did not put the promo code on the order ,but I had.I placed an order for the same items and returned the first order at my own expense. The order was sent the same as the first order. Again they said I did not put the promo code on the order ,but I had a friend to check it before sending it . I never had any other company tell me I did not put on the promo code.They are suppose to sent the free gift, but I have not seen it yet.

I just received my order and, as always, was completely satisfied. My ornaments were all signed by a Radko artist, as promised, and I received a free ornament with the promotion, which was a bonus! The ornaments were carefully packed and arrived safely.

Repeat customer over the past four years and will continue to be!

Web site is easy to use. Products are fair priced and are shipped quickly.
Packaging was very good and product arrived in good condition.

This is probably the 4th or 5th year I've been ordering from City Lights, and even year it is better than the last! Last year they called me and made me aware they were having artist signatures on the order I placed. They had it all signed, and gave me a discount! I didn't know about the signing (as I didn't read my emails) - and this added a special touch to the items!!!
This year - same thing - but I read the emails!
They always keep me up to date on all!

I ordered a charming tails Christmas tree ornament, may I add I have ordered from City Lights over the years. I used a coupon code that at the time of my ordered showed free delivery, however when I received my ornament the packing slip showed a shipping charge. When I called and spoke with a manger there was no effort on City Lights part to make it right, or even offer me half of the shipping cost....due to this issue I will never order from them again!!!

I have ordered many of my Britto Collectibles from this company. Their prices are comparable to other sites and I have always received the items by the projected arrival date in excellent condition.

This is my second year ordering from City Lights and I need look no farther for my beautiful Radko ornaments. The selections are numerous, they are signed by one of the Radko artist, free shipping, plus a free ornament when you purchase a certain amount. I not only buy them for myself but give one as a gift each Christmas to my daughter-in-law so that she has her own collection.
I have purchased Radko ornaments for over 20 years and City Lights has been my best experience. Thank you! See you next fall!
