Packages always come carefully wrapped and quickly shipped. Emails are sent promptly for shipping as well. The products are always received in good condition. Very happy with my purchases!!

Order not sent in a timely fashion
They cashed my check about 2 weeks ago & still have not shipped my order even though an email sent to me last week assured me it had already been shipped. As a long time customer who lives 20 miles or less away, I find this totally unacceptable! I will think twice before I order from them again sadly as I have always loved their store.

Awesome Jim Shore Santas
I purchased 2 new Santas for 2015 to add to my growing collection. I believe I have over 25 Santas from Jim Shore. This year, City Lights Collectibles was able to get "Jim Shore" to personally sign my two purchases!!! I am totally overjoyed and will continue to shop online or via the store at City Lights Collectibles. Their products arrived quickly with no signs of damage. Great Company
I have been buying from City Lights Collectibles for almost ten years. Always a great experience. Quick shipping, items exactly as advertised. One year something I ordered was no longer in stock, but they called right away and we worked out a replacement and was sent out with no delay. Never had a problem with any item. Well packaged too so no damaged shipments ever. Would recommend shopping and buying worry free!
