I ordered 3 items. Had a call from a lovely lady informing me that one item came in without a box. That item was discontinued. I was told they would wrap it real well and ship it out if I agreed to it without the box. Well, the item arrived broken. Their policy is that you contact UPS as they have insurance on all packages. The box clearly was without dent, or scratch and I don't feel that they should have to be responsible since it was due to the item not being properly packaged/boxed. I'm not going to contact UPS as I don't feel it was their fault. I'll keep the angel and glue the arm back on.

I've ordered several Radko ornaments and the one I ordered through Amazon came broken. Placed a call and thought the issue was resolved. Called back a second time when nothing happened and second time's a charm. The ornament was replaced and arrived in pristine condition. The true mark of an excellent company is their ability to resolve problems and City Lights came through and made things right. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them.

I purchased the byers choice winter white coach, santa, & children to represent by grandchildren. I had only seen the coach in red
never in the winter white color before. It is really beautiful. I was truly impressed with how well everything was packaged and how fast I received it. thank you!

City Lights had some hard to find Christmas Tree ornaments I was looking for. They were selling them for a great price. The shipping was fast and the packaging was safe and secure. I would definitely recommend City Lights for those looking for hard to find ornaments and having them shipped fast and arriving in tip top condition.

I ordered the above on 9/11/2015. To date I have not received it. When I check City Lights Collectibles website, it shows "processing". I emailed their Customer Service on 9/19/2015 asking for an update with the date it will be shipped. To date, no response. I used PayPal so this item has been paid for for some time. I received my PayPal bill and need to pay by 10/1/2015 which is next week. I can assure you and City Lights Collectible I will NOT ordered from this site in the future.

I've been buying from Citi Lights for years as we moved around the country. Shipping is always prompt (even to Hawaii) and all items have arrived well packed.
