Horrible Car Handling
Although this parking lot is very convenient, please be careful at the convenience, it might cost you more in the long run! The parking attendants are not careful driving your car. My family and I went to see The Lion King last night. We entered a little before 7 PM. At first, the attendants were friendly and took my car in. When we returned an hour after the show ended, many other patrons had waited for their cars for quite some time. I went to get a receipt and was nearly run down by one of the attendants. To my disbelief, the parking attendants were driving cars so recklessly. I was so upset when they pulled my car in the same manner. I declined to give a tip! In the future, I think I will use a different parking lot. I value my car and I don't feel that 1515 Broadway Garage respects patrons' property.

Not all City Parking lots are equal
Although conveniently located in the theater district on W 45 St, they do not have enough staff to handle the amount of cars or a systematic way of managing entering and exiting cars. We, along with at least over 20 other cars waited on 45 St over an hour to enter the garage. Most of us had made reservations through Parking Whiz prior to today. The wait to retrieve your car was also over an hour. We missed the opening curtain.

Right rear damage
Parked my rental van overnight and returned to considerable right rear damage the next morning. I filed a complaint with them. I should have called the cops on them. They reviewed the complaint via email and declined liability or compensation.
