The garage is wonderful and the people are very kind. It was difficult yesterday morning because the facility was not adequately staffed to accommodate the Police Academy graduation and cars were line... See more

Prepaid for spot but was turned away by abusive and threatening attendant who was screaming at us in Spanish to leave because lot was apparently full. Another prepaid customer arrived just after us and received same treatment. Attendant was unhinged and offered no explanation or refund and physically blocked car. No one answers telephone number. Disputing charge with credit card company.

Many thefts at City Parking locations due to lack of security, negligence, broken cameras, ease of access, little company HQ care. DO NOT PARK AT THEIR LOCATIONS.

The parking attendant was professional and courteous. This is the first time I have used the QR code here, and he made the process seamless and easy.
Great Parking Garage
Employees are always very friendly, very fast, and accommodating. Garage has always been very careful with my vehicle.
Scammers!!
The location at 359 W. 49th st City Parking- Worldwide Plaza Garage, LLC near Times Square is horrible! I prepaid for parking. And when I went to get my vehicle they said I owed an extra $10 because I have an suv. The attendant didn’t say this when they took my car, it wasn’t posted anywhere in the area where the cars are dropped off, nor was it stated when I purchased my pass online. I told the “manager” I didn’t have any cash and my phone was dead so I couldn’t use Apple Pay and he told me to go out and find it. Mind you my vehicle fit in a standard parking spot so why are they charging extra when no extra space is needed? SCAMMERS!!!

Terrible experience when collecting our car. We had an infant and two young kids, and needed under 5 minutes to secure them in car seats and set up navigation. The staff member shouted at us, locked the garage, and threatened to call the police—refusing to listen when we explained we were ensuring our children’s safety. His aggressive behavior frightened our kids and left us very upset. Completely unacceptable.

Victor wouldn't give me my car back until I paid twice...$280 for 1.5 days
Employee involved: Victor
I understand every garage is different, but the garage at 235 W. 48th St. in New York City was a particularly frustrating experience. Victor was clearly upset that I had lost my ticket and told me I had to pay him a $10 cash fine. When I asked him to show me the company policy for this fee, he called me stupid and became very agitated by my question.
Long story short, he rang me up, thinking I would pay the $10 in cash. Instead, I just paid for the parking with my tap card. When I asked him again for the policy on the $10 cash fee, he wrote up my car again. When my car was brought down for me, the valet driver asked Victor if I had paid yet, and Victor said no. When I showed Victor that my bank account had already been charged by him, he told me to call my bank. After I did and confirmed that my account had been charged, he insisted I was wrong, stating that "the ticket never lies."
To get my car back, I had to pay $154 on top of the $134 I had originally paid. I didn't want to sit there and hassle with the guy, so I paid the additional charge. Once I got my car and keys, I immediately began trying to reach out to customer service, but so far, that's not looking very promising.
I understand that an experience like this only happens once in a while, and no one should be treated the way I was. I'm not saying you should avoid this garage, but this company needs to have a better customer service focus. I was charged $280 for one and a half days and was left with a horrible experience.
Wait time is ridiculous at the Lenox hill location!
Wait time is ridiculous at the Lenox hill location. Waited for my car for 2 hours one night! Only had one guy working and whistling like he had all the time in the world. Long wait time again today. Very frustrating and upsetting since most people parking there are visiting MSK. Expected better.
I was at my son‘s graduation from NYPD
I was at my son‘s graduation from NYPD. I paid and reserve parking the day before when I pulled up to the parking garage in between the parking time which was between 9 AM and 10 AM. I got there before 10 AM. The gentleman told me there was no more parking available. Basically they had sold my space that I had reserved and paid for. He was very rude and very disrespectful. I have placed several phone calls to get a refund on my parking that I prepaid for no one has called me back. I am now in the middle of disputing this with my bank do not park here prepaid they will give your space away and you will have to find another space and pay more money I had to pay triple of what I paid very dissatisfied. Very poor customer service and the company doesn’t get back to you. Do not park here.

Advertise $13 for under a half hour plus tax $15
I was charged $30 for oversized.
Maybe you should advertise and post that on the sign? No where did you ever mention it would be double. Shame on you
Nasty Parking Attendant- 99 Jane Street
I parked at 99 Jane St today in the West Village neighborhood of New York City from 1-3pm. I booked a parking spot through Spot Hero which I had always used when I need to park in the city. I was attended by the nastiest parking attendant you can find. The ugly encounter all started when mentioned to not move my car forward. But a car behind me was approaching closer so I moved my car. He was visibly so irate with this and started yelling at me, a paying customer. What’s even the big deal of moving my car a few feet forward? That is no reason to treat a customer like that. He should not be in a job that deals with customers with a temper that he has. He ruined an otherwise pleasant day for me. City Parking, you need to let him go as I may not be only customer he has treated this badly. See attached pictures for your reference.
Never EVER park here...
Absolutely worst garage ever! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ripped the side skirt of my car while parking it. Zero accountability and their claims department is a joke. There is no way to get them to take responsibility for the incident or to get compensated and everyone who tries to file gets the same generic message about an internal "investigation" that found they are not liable, which is outrageous. They honestly deserve to get shut down because the level of disrespect and how unprofessional they are. Your car will get damaged and you will regret parking here. Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews about all the cars they damaged with zero consequences and trust those reviews! You do not want to park here, ever, and the same thing will happen to you!
