I already feel really good after just one month of skin treatment with Dr Amel. She gave me such a kind and quick response from the beginning, and we first spoke online, which made everything very comfortable and easy.

After struggling with skin pigmentation for a long time, my confidence is finally coming back. My skin already feels tighter and brighter after only one month, and I am genuinely happy with the results.

I admire Dr Amel a lot for her professionalism and care. Hopefully one day I will have the chance to meet her in the clinic for other treatments as well.

I did an online consultation, paid the money and expected a positive response with the next steps. I was sent an email back that they turned down my application based on me having eczema on my hands and I asked for a more thorough explanation and I have not received a response. The doctor didn’t even ask me how severe the eczema my hands was and hasn’t provided a clear explanation why this would affect treatment for my face. I was given a refund but I’m not impressed by the lack of response at all. To not respond to someone who was a paying customer is bad. Don’t recommend.

I have had the best experience ever, I was postpartum dealing with a lot of hyperpigmentation on my face. I felt really seen, heard and listened to you. I was provided with the upmost care and kindness. Including in-depth explanation on how to use what I was prescribed And I felt well equipped to carry out the treatment. I began a skincare plan with this company towards the end of last year. I am in my early 70s, have good skin but pigmentation is an issue due to sunbathing in my youth. Prior to starting with City Skin, I was using another online dermalogical company on a monthly subscription basis. However, my skin was becoming so very dry. I contacted the company several times for advice and to request a change of formulation. It took days for them to respond; I had the impression that their suggestions were more generic and not tailored to my specific needs. In addition, I was experiencing a lot of stress due to caring for my terminally ill mother so my skin was taking a battering- big time. I really was all over the place!
In desperation I trawled the internet looking for alternatives and found this wonderful company. From the very first video consultation, I was listened to and given a plan which worked! I cannot praise Amel enough. She has given such good advice; she responds almost immediately and is so very sensible. I feel cared forand know I am in the most professional and capable hands. My skin has improved significantly and is now brighter, more even toned and hydrated. I am impressed to the extent that I paid for my darling daughter to have a consultation as well. In her words- "Amel is just lovely. She is THE best!" What more can I say??? I won't be going anywhere else as I have complete faith in the company and highly recommend them.

Really impressed with CitySkinClinic. The £30 cost of the online consultation came off the treatment price Dr Amel was lovely to talk to and was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring in her advice. My skin looks brighter, firmer and much healthier. The sun damage has also disappeared. Highly recommended!

So far I’ve had an amazing experience at the clinic! Skincare plans are very detailed and everything is explained to me perfectly. Amel is also fantastic at replying to my emails and enquiries (literally few hours or next day) which makes this whole experience 10 times better. I’ve struggled with acne for a while and I had been doing facials for some time (spent a lot more money) at another clinic, unfortunately with almost no progress. When I reached out to Dr Amel she was incredibly helpful and reassuring, explaining to me what actually helps my acne and formulating a skincare plan. She always answers all my questions! I’ve been following her instructions for 11 months now and I can honestly say that my acne is gone (with occasional breakouts). I’m beyond grateful!
