Really happy with the results, very friendly!

It was my first time receiving Botox and I had a really great experience at City Skin. I felt like I was well advised (even being discouraged from Botox in certain areas as I didn’t need it) and absolutely LOVE the results. I will 100% be back and am so happy I chose to go here for my first time.

I had a very helpful initial consultation where all options for my treatment were suggested to me - including those that I could have elsewhere. There was never any pressure and at each stage, everything was explained to me and I felt confident I was in safe hands. I would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience, everyone was really kind and friendly, I was quite nervous going in but they really made me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m really happy with the results, they are very professional and skilled, so overall a really great place :)

I am new to aesthetic treatments and had put off getting something done for a long time out of fear. I chose City Skin Clinic because they seemed to be focused on natural looking results and they had been highly recommended by a friend. I also like that they seemed to cater to a diverse clientele and as a black woman this was important for me. It was really easy to book online. The clinic was easy to find and the clinic manager was lovely and helped put me at ease whilst I was waiting. They have very strict COVID protocols which was reassuring. The doctor was excellent and helped me choose the best treatments for me. Most importantly the results are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be back!

Really did like this clinic but won't return now. Call to change my appointment because I have a stomach bug, Wouldn't budge, super cold and said you'll have to re-book and lose your deposit. The issue isn't the deposit but how they dealt with me. Sad because the actual treatment person was lovely, as I recall.

I have an uneven/asymmetrical chin which I had corrected at City Clinic using dermal fillers. The result I got was great and I am happy I made the decision to have the procedure done. I will definitely be returning for a top up when it's time.

I went for lip filler 2 weeks ago. From my own opinion I felt as if they had gone done. I messaged the clinic my concerns and they immediately asked if I could come in, so the Dr could have a look. I went in and they was so polite and kind. I hate complaining or making a fuss but they explained that it is completely fine. The Dr explained that this can sometimes happens at the beginning and requires a top up soon after the first visit. He then compared them from the first visit ( from pictures ) and there was only a slight change. However, he was able was more than happy to give me a quick free top up and create more of a shape for me!
I was so pleased with the results, not only did they deal with my concern straight away, they always made sure I didn't walk away with the same concerns! They was so professional and welcoming. I am so pleased and I will definately be back!

I absolutely love city skin doctor and the staff. They are so lovely and friendly, especially Doctor Sharma. I have had two treatments with her and my skin has noticeably improved. It is by far the best clinic I have visited for my pigmentation.

Awful customer service and very bad management.
I didn't get to try their medical services and I am happy for this.
I rung them once 3-4 days ago to get some information about the tear trough fillers and I spoke to a lady in the reception who offered me the option to book a 10 min virtual consultation for free on their website, as I live abroad and I wouldn't be able to attend a separate consultation before any tear trough procedure in London. I booked a free virtual consultation for Friday at 13.20 by filling out the online form. Nobody got in contact with me! haha. 10 min after our scheduled consultation I rung them to ask what went on and the reason they totally ignored me. A rude lady on the phone who refused to give me her name told me that they were very busy and I should write an email to them because she can't put me through to the responsible person or the Manager of this place in order to complain. I tried to explain to her that I had made an online appointment following the suggestion of sb else in the reception (who didn't give her name either) but she didn't want to listen more, neither she wanted to get my phone number in order to call me later. I am unhappy that I had been waiting for this consultation appointment for 3 days in vain and I had to book my own professional appointments for another day (I have a law office). They are unprofessional time wasters. I am happy I won't choose them for the tear trough injectables as I wouldn't like to think how I would be treated if sth went wrong with the procedure and if anybody would get the responsibility for their own mistakes.Not recommended at all!

My experience with City Skin Clinic definitely exceeded my expectations! The consultation was thorough and Dr Amel Ibrahim really took her time to explain everything in detail and was incredibly patient. The clinic being right in the city I expected to be rushed and for the experience to be quite anonymous but the opposite was the case! Really personal service, follow up care and great results! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure!

I decided to write my thoughts down because the clinic could not bother to respond to my emails.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this clinic. They are so disorganised.
I attended on two appointments. ( only for a consultation ) then on my third appointment I had the consultation and the treatment. I left the clinic and I felt really disappointed.

I’m not happy with the size and the shape but they are keep saying that what they think they don’t pay attention to my needs.
I understand that they have to be professional and tell the clients what they think is t best for them however,I paid for the treatment and the size of my lips not changed !!!

In fact now the right side is smaller than the left .

I had eye trough filler with Dr Sophia this week. She was professional, patient, personable and I was fully informed about the procedure pros and cons.

She was gentle and skilful and I’m pleased with my results.
The receptionist was also welcoming and lovely so thank you City Skin Clinic!

I came across City skin clinic through a search on google. Being a medical professional myself, I was a bit skeptical at first. However, all my fears were laid to rest after meeting Dr Amel. She is a thorough professional and she guided me through the process step by step. I took a lot of her time in understanding the procedure and outcomes and she was extremely patient throughout my consultation session. Never once did she rush me for time. Her knowledge of aesthetic medicine is very good and she re-assured me all through out the process. Even after the procedure was completed she has been in constant touch with me to discuss any questions or doubts I had. I am very happy to recommend her to all future clients.

I came to skin clinic with a few concerns about lip fillers, i can honestly say Dr Ibrahim put me at ease and assured me after a long chat that she would give me the result i wanted to achieve. She listens and each step of the way ensures your happy with amount of filler in specific areas. I was given aftercare products and follow up appointment if necessary all included in the price! I ABSOLUTELY love the result just what i wanted. Thank you Dr Ibrahim ill definitely be back!!

I could not be more grateful to Dr. Amel for her talent and professionalism during the entire treatment process. The lip enhancement procedure was explained to me thoroughly , and I was made to feel completely at ease. Having had this treatment several times in other clinics in the past, I have never had an experience as seamless as at City Skin Clinic, I will now ensure I only go to Dr. Amel in the future, despite living a five hour drive from the clinic! My results are absolutely flawless (by far my best yet) and the aftercare was outstanding. I got my lips done for the first time by Dr Amel. The experience was very enjoyable and I felt very comfortable in the hands of Dr Amel. I didn't feel nervous at all as she was very good at explaining the whole procedure and took her time to go through everything with me. She genuinely cares about her clients happiness, which is what all services should provide. As a first timer, I am now confident to say I have no problem in having lip fillers again, partly due to Dr Amel's care she took. Highly recommend her!! You won't be disappointed I guarantee.

I been looking for the long time before I finally got my lips done. I can say a good things about Dr. Amel Ibrahim. Recommended what suit to my face. Doctor Amel perfectly understand what I would like. After procedure regularly contact with me or its not any swelling or bruising. Gave me lot of attention.
