I cannot recommend Dr. Amel highly enough! From my very first consultation, it was clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to her patients' well-being. In an industry where many people offer treatments but have only basic professional knowledge, Dr Amel is highly professional and knowledgeable.

The receptionist was excellent and understood the delicatness of the situation, and not only was offering a same week appointment but was able to accommodate within an hour of my call. ÈVERYTHING was over and done within 2hrs of initial call. Something that was a bother for years. I would highly recommend to anybody. two years ago I went for a consultation for a tear through filler - the Doctor Reena ( I think she studied Dentistry!!) reassured me it would not be visible and that she did it thousands of times and that I was certainly a good fit for the treatment.
she then toke a school ruler - the cheapest one available and fairly worked out, and bluntly toke some measurements, she then filled it in in the wrong spot which has caused swelling and over the time a damage to my under eye lymphatic drainage, it is common when it is positioned too superficially and there is no way to cure it, I wake up with bags under my eyes, purple and grey. I went to see two plastic surgeons to seek help, both said there is little I can do, two years later I am still looking worst then if I had aged 10 years in one go. I contacted the beauticians and they tried to blame it on my face structure, saying my lower part of the face is not full enough, something which two plastic surgeons have never even heard of and completely dismissed as non sense, I have been in contact with City skin Clinic for two years asking for more info on what they said (aka being my fault as the filler moved- it cannot move) and I never got any answer. I asked refund as this is a mistake made by the unprofessional beautician but they avoid replying. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, CHOOSE A PROFESSIONAL who understand FACE ANATOMY! I will be sending all this info and evidence to the customer s rights at GOV.UK, and then even if it means loosing more money due to irresponsible beauticians, I will. seek legal advice. these is not a serious practice and your face is FOREVER, DO NOT RISK YOUR FACE.

Unprofessional set up with clearly very young staff who dont know how to manage a client facing business. Jazzy website with lots of availability for a reason. I spent 15 mins finding them because their 2 reminder emails didn't have a street address and neither does their calendar attachment. after getting there finally there is no receptionist.Theyve rented one room in a marylebone address but this not a clinic in any sense.

I underwent non-surgical rhinoplasty by Dr Jasani in City Skin Clinic on 06/01/2023. I am very pleased with my nose profile and would like to share my gratitude to Dr Jasani for her exceptional skills – both clinically and with communication as I am mindful that I was particularly anxious pre-procedure(!) She is patient-centred, addressed all of my concerns and ultimately delivered what I had wanted from the outset of the consultation. Highly recommend City Skin Clinic — and Dr Jasani in particular! I was looking to do dermal fillers in my cheeks & profhilo to help against my excessive dry skin. This was my first time. I contacted City Skin Clinic after reading their reviews. My experience with them was excellent and very professional. I was carefully guided through every step of the process, given clear information about what can be expected, side effects, and expected (and not expected) results I could get, and the treatment was very professionally executed. I can highly recommend City skin Clinic.

I've had masseter botox with Dr. Reena for over a year, and she has always provided great results. She is patient and professional, always happy to explain things more thoroughly if needed. I feel in safe hands.

I went for lip filler, specifically Juvederm. This is the second time I have had this done at City Skin Clinic. The staff are very professional and friendly, and are very clear about the procedure and what final result is likely to be achieved before you commit. The result, for me, is a massive improvement and looks very natural. The previous treatment lasted around a year before needing to be touched up. Definitely recommended.

I had a great experience at City Skin Clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone cautiously approaching the idea of a “tweakment”.
I nervously booked in for a consultation with possible treatment. On arrival I was instantly made to feel relaxed and at ease.
Dr Reena Jasani patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to talk through my choices and the possible results.
I ended up having Botox and decided that filler wasn’t quite right for me at that time.
I’m really happy with my results and especially loved the option that I could start cautiously and have a top up at the follow up appointment if needed.

I had a tear trough filler appointment with Reena at CSC and I couldn’t fault the experience. We had a consultation where we discussed my concerns and possible treatments. She also thoroughly explained the potential risks / any possible after affects. The treatment itself went smoothly and I felt as though I could put my trust fully into Reena for the filler to look as natural as possible, whilst also enhancing my facial definition. Will definitely go back for treatments un the future.

I have visited City Skin Clinic several times during the last year for Masseter botox and botox under my eyes. I am very pleased with the experience in the clinic as well as the results. Also, City Skin Clinic always books in a follow-up appt to ensure the results are satisfactory and to offer a free top-up if required. Lastly, I feel I always get genuine advice on whether treatment is needed or not rather than being blindly sold a service. Can really more than recommend!

I had a lovely experience at city skin. Everyone were so lovely. The treatment was amazing! I was really concerned about the final result as I wanted something really subtle but refreshed. And i got exactly what I wanted! The doctor was super clear and made me feel very comfortable. I love it! Super recommend
