The driver 'ED 11' was great - arrived on time, started unloading the order (ten bags of topsoil) and did it all while chatting cheerily. Wish all deliveries were like this.

Don't deliver
Order from Wickes not delivered. Delivery driver never knocked, was told he did but must have had the wrong property as I was watching and waiting. Poor customer service to resolve the issue. Was told it isn't CitySprints job to resolve the issue and to call the store.
