Les from CitySprint is a legend
I had a Wickes parcel delivered today by Les from CitySprint to my home in West Sussex. He is an asset to the business! Les provided great communication and customer service, was patient as I searched for my keys to unlock the garage, helpful in moving the van and carrying heavy goods to exactly where I wanted them, respectful of my property, warm and friendly while still efficient and hard-working, and all this topped off with a wonderful sense of humour! Les is one of those people who pops into your life for a brief interaction and then massively, memorably brightens your day. He’s a credit to you, CitySprint!

Delivery of 6foot timber panel
The courier, CW52 Ollie, was very helpful as we asked him to put the panel in the garage as it was raining. It was quite heavy but he still agreed to do this as we were not present at the time. Well done.

Helpful, polite driver
Well mannered guy (CW52 Ollie) arrived within the 7am - 7pm window. He offloaded with my help (large, heavy MDF panels) and assisted in carrying them indoors.

Always a pleasure to get a delivery from Steve (CW05). On time, friendly and always very helpful unloading to the garage. Also gave us great tips on landscaping our garden. Definitely our favourite ever delivery driver!
