my Wickes Delivery LE56-Zaid is always polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He’s a credit to your company and Wickes. If I was his boss I’d give him a pay rise he’s worth every penny!!!

This review is well overdue my booking was made in early January but after reflecting on everything that happened, I felt compelled to share just how incredible Dan was during one of the most stressful moments I’ve ever experienced.

Due to a sudden medical emergency involving my daughter, I missed my flight home to Australia and urgently needed our luggage transported from Gatwick to my mums address where we were now staying. It was an emotional and overwhelming situation, and the logistics felt impossible at the time.

Dan stayed on the phone with me for nearly two hours, patiently talking everything through, reassuring me, and coordinating the entire process with professionalism and genuine compassion. Not once did I feel rushed. He was calm, empathetic, and completely in control exactly what I needed in that moment.

What had been a personal nightmare was handled seamlessly. Communication was constant, clear, and reassuring. Dan treated the situation with such care and understanding it didn’t feel like I was just another booking, it felt personal.

In an already difficult time for my family, his support made a world of difference. It’s rare to encounter that level of humanity and dedication in customer service.

I had an excellent experience with my recent delivery, thanks to Steve (PA-84). He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He called me 30 mins prior to arrival, which gave me time to prepare, and was extremely accommodating with the delivery. Steve was not only punctual but also very friendly and professional. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and easy. I truly appreciated his effort.

The driver Steve PA84 was awesome, friendly and extremely helpful. He was great with my Father who has dementia and was kind enough to help me take the materials delivered upstairs.
Honestly couldn't have been better.
Communication re delivery was also excellent and delivered on time.

This was a pick up from a corporate account. In all honesty, the communication from the office wasn’t great as I didn’t have an option of selecting a day or time, but once I confirmed the order I was given a next day pick up and the driver delivered on time, was very friendly and helpful and he was very patient in terms of waiting for the item upon collection. The end result was getting the item to me quickly I would give them top marks.

Excellent courier. Extremely patient and helpful - Alan assisted me to box up some items that were yet to be boxed up.
