We received quite a hefty delivery…
We received quite a hefty delivery today from British Gas comprising a heavy, new boiler & all the attendant bits 'n pieces.
Steve PA84 was the driver & he went above & beyond to ensure our parcels were safely placed in the room of our choosing. We're both in our 70s ,so extra help like Steve's is most appreciated.
Additionally, he was extremely friendly & jovial, taking our barking, nosy Whippet Oliver in his stride, & we chatted about dogs for a few minutes, a nice mutual interest. He's a credit to your company, thank you.
